I appreciate all the PWS information sharing. It is helping me focus my research into purchasing another PWS. The "miracle" of my T/H sending unit springing back to life has bought me more time; hopefully into Spring.

Proper siting is important. I would really like to put it down in the field, but the site is not exactly line of sight due to slope and is ~300' away from the house. I would probably need a signal repeater. I would have to check on the transmitting frequency due to potential signal interference with my RC stuff.

Kyle- Good luck with your daughter. Just taking her to a clinic or center would expose all of you to potential pathogens.

I’ve got to hand it to him, he knows spontaneity and stumps!

I don’t know. I think that stump almost ............ stumped him.

Now I’ve got to go clean all the popcorn out of my tractor cab.

I finally got my fill of popcorn as it looked Don was going to do a stump removal marathon. I switched to chocolate.

Store was out of stock so I ordered one. This was strictly on your recommendation, anything less than perfect will be unsatisfactory!!
Thanks for the heads up, they didn稚 have this unit on their sale page last night, only thing close was twice that.
I guess I should put the sensors on a pole, buildings and trees alter wind speed and temp. I might have to buy an auger for the 3 point, my post hole digger burned in the building.

Hmm, as my review states. I had to take first one back. Hope your purchase goes better than mine.

30°F and cloudy here this morning, going up to 45° today. Looks like we may get some rain late this evening.

Congrats, Don. Persistence pays off. I'm liking Eric's "tree cannon" idea. Bet you can't launch a potato into Southern Illinois.

Congrats on the new tractor, Randy. Looks sharp.
