You may right about the caffeine, but did you know the darker the roast the lower the caffeine?

Oh you make me do science too early. The caffein is proportional to the mass of the bean. Darker roast have more mass (but less volume) than light roast If you are speaking strictly by mass that is a false statement but if you are talking about volume that is a true statement.
With an equal scoop of each the lighter would have more caffein but 10 grams of each the darker would have more caffein.

Don, I bought some "water processed" decaf at the HEB (our local grocery chain). It was their Cafe Ole brand. It is decent.

I cut waaaay back on my tea drinking for a couple of reasons. The restaurants are charging $2.50 for .15 cents worth of tea, and the caffeine does my heart weird and I don't like that.

Good afternoon. Yes, I'm late again - been too busy playing electronic games. I'm in great demand as I'm so easy to beat

When I did finally sneak away after lunch to do a little present wrapping and opened up the parcel which had taken a month to come all the way from America (I do my best to keep the world economy going), the inner packaging was completely empty ! A little late to go out shopping now on Christmas Eve, but I'm sure my wife won't mind too much this year as our daughter has provided more than enough to keep us all happy.

I’m watching Christmas Story, always entertaining, I’m skipping a lot of the movies I usually watch, don’t think I could get through ‘Angel In The Family‘, this year. It just doesn’t feel like Christmas Eve, or Christmas at all.
But I had a BBQ sandwich and got the local grandson’s present signed and ready to go in the morning. My son and his family are coming next weekend. I’ll enjoy seeing them, but I’ll be glad to have all this done for the year and decorations put away. I need to get on with life, whatever it will be.
