48 here going to 60. Rain and thunder in the forecast. Going back to cold temps Thursday.
Billy, most likely you need a front hydraulics kit, two lines, mounting kit. Gives you the extra line needed
for opening and closing the grapple. I ordered it when I bought my tractor and was glad I did. Then they add a small box to your FEL
control with some lighted buttons on them. One to open, one to shut. Don't remember the cost, but
not quite AED worthy. Particularly considering how helpful a grapple is. Wicked Grapple from Everything Attachments is a good benchmark for dealer comparison, dealers of course almost always being more. Sometimes much more. I've been walking away lately, like getting that wood chipper direct from maker in NY. Dealers can't stock, have buying agreements or access to every line at every price point.
I usually print out the good deal and ask the dealer, what do you have like this? And then see if they add enough value to be worth the money
difference. A grapple is a great thing to have. Our days of picking up 300 pound logs are over.
55ーF and cloudy this morning, going up to 75ー today. We got a little rain overnight, but most of the heavier stuff went south of us. Expecting the angry red spots on the radar later today and tonight. Local power companies already have their media peeps out this morning discussing their action plans to restore knocked-out power.
The flooring company showed up yesterday and installed the new vinyl in the sunroom, laundry room, and bathroom. Looks quite nice. The electrician was also there and while he didn't get everything done, he did get to most of it. He'll be back on Thursday to finish. Now, we just need to get the interior trim up around the windows and doors, and that room will be done.
A pic she sent me yesterday afternoon after she moved the furniture back in:

Oh yeah. Since I fell last month, broke a couple ribs, I've gotten more careful. Not getting any younger. Probably a couple years younger than you, tho.
