That was my favorite red of all the colors you showed for the barn Wng. If yer gonna paint something red, might as well make it RED!

That's exactly what I told my wife when she used her super vote for red to beat my vote for green. :)

Glad it's done (except some drainage work) and thanks all for the nice feedback.

51 going to 75. Feels humid outside.

Mostly...great looking bike.

Randy, still improving?

Wife came home from visiting her parents last night. Coco can finally relax again.

52 out this AM. Putzed around in the yard for most of the day yesterday. Same today. Expected high today in the low 70's. Looks to be a warm pattern developing, so I may have to go buy my spray gun earlier than expected. Might as well start painting before the spring rains and summer heat kicks in.

Have a great day all. Be safe.

Enjoy the day.

Heading to high 50's here today. Should be very nice! Glad I get to be outside on days like this.

Good morning. Storm Doris is blowing wild at the moment. I had to go out earlier this morning for a dentist's appointment and now I'm back home I'm more than happy to stay inside until she has quietened down.

That's a nice red wngsprd and if it's your wife's preference, is surely the perfect color.

Terrific bike mostly, hope you have some great rides with it. The split black/red paint finish makes the top tube look really slim.

Thinking of bike frames, this style was one of the strangest I have seen.

I believe they were first in fashion in the 50's or 60's and came to be known as the Bate's flying gate.

Good morning! Temp is 42 the forecast is for a high of 39 and showers, maybe. It is raining cats & dogs! Hydro just flickered, so I can guess that we will lose it this morning. A ray of sunshine will knock out hydro here. I kid you not. I've seen it.

Mostly, that's a nice ride. With fenders, you can ride it to church on wet streets. :)

Nice day here expected to hit close to 90F. Still haven't had time to put the young 'mater plants in the garden yet. Still too wet too.

Coffee is brewing, time to wake kids. Bus comes by at 6:30 AM.

59 degrees and way foggy here. Should burn off early with forecast of 87 today.

Drinking first cup of coffee. 55° with clear skies this morning. Heading to 62° with bright sun all day. Friends from California visiting for a week. That should keep me busy checking out local tourist sites.
Wings, 2 of our building are red. Best color for a barn.
Good Morning All.

I'm guessing they have some real problems then in their transmission equipment. Generating equipment is about the most reliable out there.
I wonder if the hydro is running right at capacity and they don't have adequate peaking generators, am really curious what could make a hydro
plant unreliable

54 and going to 56? Really unusual for this time of year, but I'm certainly not complaining!

Going to do something outside today, can't waste this kind of weather.

Be safe!

A little better each day, but very slow. Pretty day, high in the 70's for the next couple of days.
Hope you all are doing well today.

If I can get past the after effects of this flu, I'm going to start my trailer project.

48°F and foggy this morning, going up to 72° today.

Siding is going on the sunroom today. Wifey found a couple of nice lantern-looking exterior light fixtures to go next to the doors. She's getting excited that the end is near, at least for this part.

52 this morning and headed to 72 today.

Have 2 teragators here this morning spreading chicken litter. Sold it to a neighbor who is fertilizing crop ground.
Power company engineer just left. She was looking at the location for the new 200 amp meter for the building. Have one tree right in the way, so it will have to be removed. Just a Bradford Pear. Also the pole is rotten. A 1998 model. She was really surprised at the level of rot on that new of a pole.
Back to repairs on end walls of chicken coops today. Wall pulling away from building up at the top. Metal removal and 8" lags reattached them. Now to reinsulate and hang new metal.

Ontario Hydro/Hydro One makes everything unreliable EXCEPT for their collecting the bills. They charge us a 'delivery' charge even when they don't deliver.

Good Morning! 39F @ 8:45AM. A mix of clouds and sun. A few flurries or snow showers possible. High 46F. Winds WSW at 5 to 10 mph.

Several neighbors reported snow flurries on the local FB page last night, but I wasn't looking out the window and missed it. No accumulation, but there was a pretty good frost on the ground this morning. Had to get up in the middle of the night and add another blanket; it was down to 65F in the bedroom when I woke up this morning. A big fire in the wood stove will soon have the chill chased away.

Mostly, that's a pretty sweet ride. Disc brakes and everything! How much does it weigh?

Thanks for the Tanglefoot tip, Ron. I'll swing by HD when I'm in town this afternoon.

Made some revisions to the configuration on the NAS yesterday that reclaimed a terabyte of space. It was 3/4 full and I'm only to the "I"s in copying over the DVD collection, so it looks like I'll need to replace it with one that holds five disc drives instead of the two this one has. I guess 6 terabytes doesn't go very far these days...

Also found that the backup for the NAS wasn't copying all the directories it should have and fixed that as well. Wonder who screwed that up?

Hang in there gang, Friday's comin'!
