First I'd like to say good luck to all those in California. If it's not draught it's flood or fire. I guess it keeps life exciting.

It's 28 this morning with clear sky's. Supposed to be clear all week. If it does stay dry and my field dries out enough, the company that fertilizes will come out Thursday and get it done. Then I can seed with Oats/Peas and hope the wet weather continues. 11 acres all together this year. Hard to believe I'm thinking about seeding and still wanting to ride my sled at the same time.:laughing:

64 this morning and headed to 31 tonight. Cold front slowly working it's way in.

Will finish taxes today. All I like is medical. Then go tomorrow to get the final damage numbers.

I like the dam updates from RNG.
Sent my taxes in friday, ouch.
Had a nice church group Valentine's dinner last night, my wife has organized this for many yrs.
Yesterday I unpiped my 2nd oil tank in my basement, so it can be removed. Next will be to remove the old boiler from the basement.

planted two arborvitae today and four little pine berry plants, which seem to be little white strawberries that taste somewhat like pineapple. That intrigued me and planted a few near the everbearing strawberries, which overwintered nicely.

81 degrees out, high of the day, and it's 81 in my office and I'm just about to hit the a/c button but

Sorry to be late replying, but yes, in Doswell at the State Fairgrounds. There were a bunch of cool cars in the parking lot that people used to just drive to the show, too.

Hit 82 today, and just got a summer type rain shower. Before that, installed this weather vane my son gave me for the barn.

I was wondering where my old Ruger red label ended up......

Prayers going out for Oroville and the dam.

Got 4/5 of the garden tilled. finished planting 2 more onion sets. Also planted strawberries. Put some in a "Topsy Turvey" planter and the rest in the garden.
