Never heard of a pi, but the pic doesn't make it look too appetizing.

Oh dear, the mother board says Lucas...going to go out in the middle of the night. ;)

now Eric has to have one of these. Looks like a fun DIY project.

33 right now...heading to the upper 30's as the high.
The only chore today is to take my wife grocery shopping.
In answer to Drew's question about a big snow...the prediction for Vermont is 3-5 inches of snow Monday into Tuesday.

As the rain pounds down on the roof, I was thinking of other noises. Admittedly a bit off topic, but wondered if Farmer's 80,000 little chickens were clucking differently, making different sounds, if the rain was beating down noisily on their hen house roofs. Do chickens have regular noises? Happy noises like when being fed? Unhappy noises when hungry or frightened? We now turn to our man on the scene for a full report.

off to make buttermilk blueberry pancakes, a Sunday morning treat for me. Just a box mix, Kodiak flapjacks, just add water,
seriously easy. I'll probably eat two and put the rest away, they keep well in the fridge.

Need to get up and pour second cup of coffee. 48° with mostly cloudy skies this morning. Heading to 61° with mostly cloudy skies. Not much planned for today. Got some video's. May peek in on a football game.
Good Morning All.

My two pies I got yesterday. And the price wasn't too far off from each other.

Would have had it working faster, but the install from noobs didn't work, so had to use the osmc installer.

41°, still overcast and damp.

good morning! 34 and we are going to a high of 36. Rain in the forecast. Our January thaw is here.

Got my chains on yesterday, took 2 of us 2 hours and 15 minutes with 3 smoke breaks. Got the tractor running and left it running for the rears.
The shutdown solenoid and air filter will be here on Wednesday. Until then I will just stick my finger in the hole. I've got an old chrome plated blanking plate from a small block chev motor and I am going to try today to cover the hole with it. IF it will work then all the better.

Very windy here and getting windier. gust of 38mph here and rising.
Worried about shingles flying off my roof.

Those in the path of those southeast storms, be wary.

So far, my internet pointed dish is still working, but slower than normal.
Enjoying my decaf with added chocolate and cream.

Still having trouble sleeping. It is ruining my awake time with sleepiness and tiredness.

Getting ready to go to church this morning.

Have a great day all.

56 this morning and headed to 46 today.

Drew. Chickens really don't care if raining. Thunder will sometimes spook them and cause them to pile and smother. But that doesn't happen often. But turn out their lights and they will let you know about it.

65°F and only .05 inches rain since nice midnight. Still blustery.

Some last minute things up to the cottage before our Canadian guests arrive, then some playoffs to watch.

Be safe
Have a great day

Wow. Those came completely from a box mix? Look so tasty. I've been looking those terms up, too.

38F now should be high for today.

Did couple errands in town for Mrs. did little putter outside which amounted to very little but least enjoy mid temps.
May watch couple quarters of each playoff games.

Hope the temp drops so driveway tighten up before nasty weather arrive late Monday in Tuesday.

Enjoy the afternoon all.

Good Afternoon! 49F @ 1:30PM. Periods of rain. Thunder possible. High 44F. Winds SE at 10 to 20 mph. Chance of rain 100%.

Ran 400' of CAT6 ethernet cable up through the attic to the other end of the house yesterday, fishing it down through the outer garage wall to the WiFi access point there. A parallel cable will exit the garage and head out to the pump house through that buried conduit, but it looks I've got more digging to do as the new fish tape won't make it through, either. I'll have to spend some time mapping out where the stoppage is after the ground dries up a bit.

Hope everyone enjoys the rest of their weekend...

Good afternoon, Interesting day. Left in the middle of church to make a fire call. A brush pile fire started Friday (by one of my cousins) started back up again after 30 mph winds whipped it back up. Concerned neighbors about a mile away called it in. Thoughtfully he had disced a large area around it and it did not spread so we were back in church for the last hymn.

Now I'm testing out the new dehydrator with three trays of kale chips seasoned with a batter of red pepper, nutritional yeast and nuts (blended), and two trays of crackers - onions, celery, flaxseed, nutritional yeast blended with spices.

Was 50°F here this morning, and got up to 55° today. Very windy this evening. We hit 70° yesterday!

Wife and I spent the day yesterday finishing what painting we could, excluding areas likely to be torn out and replaced due to the termite damage (adjacent corners of the kitchen and bathroom). Today, she's off saving the world ... in the form of driving over to central Missouri to pick up and transport a rescue dog. I got the oil changed in my Soul, and stopped in at Gander Mtn to pick up another trail cam for the barn, so we can get full coverage now.

Don, glad the fire didn't spread. Hope the old tractor likes it's new home.

Does anyone sell any chips or crackers like that?

Both football games were lopsided. Why is Brady still in the game late in the 4th quarter?

I really wanted to see the Packers vs Steelers for a super bowl. 2 old school teams. Oh well. Didn't do much, fixed a hangar on a picture for my wife. Ate some Pizza, watched football with the neighbor. Foggy again, but not as bad as the morning.

Got to start my honey doo list tomorrow. 1st thing, where the heck is that list!!!

Be safe!
