Currently 60F and cloudy @ 19:30 with some rain in the area ...
Got the chipper moved out of the shed and down to the house for cleaning. Got the ballast block moved from where it was sitting but it needs a little more work before I can pick it up with the 3PH ...
Got about 5 or 6 more loader buckets of wood cut and stacked.
Wife is making another pumpkin pie. I'm gonna grab a shower before I head back up to the shop and do a little cleaning and straightening up ... will likely be an early night.

It got up to 76F here this afternoon. But I was at work all afternoon, and all I did when I got home was take a nap. I watched the 2nd half of the Cheese-head game when I got up, and have the Broncos Q'ed up on the DVR. I need to do at least some of the cardio I missed this morning while I'm watching. I've got in the habit of eating up all my exercise calories, so when I don't have them, I go into the red.

I don't have a dog in the fight. I'm a Florida State man through and through. Don't really root for any pro teams. I will look at the rosters and which ever team has the most ex-Noles is the one I pull for.

A balmy 50 degrees today in clear weather going up to 69. Well, back on goes the golf shirt and off goes the LL bean chamois shirt.
Christmas decorations are on the agenda for today. I sure have the itch to put up a tree inside but I might pass this year and just do the outside.
Not like I'm going to be doing any entertaining but I will try to make it a little festive.
I think all my turtles walking along two by two headed to the creche is my first decorating idea. Sort of a mix between the Ark and Nativity...
I'll take a pic of that for sure. With the exception of a giant super expensive turtle, I've pretty much cleaned out Amazon of turtles. It's funny, folk are actually slowing down now to take a look. Well, I live on Terrapin Track Road, so yeah, there should be turtles right?

34F can here the eve's dripping,highs mid 40'd chilling down to mid teens tonight.
Last 4 days off flew by and now its back to the grind.

54 getting up to 67 later. I don't expect we'll see 60s again this year.
Nice breeze outside kept things dry overnight, so I'll get an early start to what will be my last day of painting with the sprayer. I only have one window left to tape up with plastic and then its ladders and sprayer until finished. I'm taking a chance since rain is in the forecast for tonight, but I think things will dry okay if I get an early start. I went out to check what I sprayed yesterday afternoon until sunset, but flashlight doesn't show much.

54 this morning high of 66 later, then clouds and chilly rain tonight and tomorrow with highs only in 30s before warming back up to 50s by Wednesday. Temperature roller coaster I'd say for sure

I still am procrastinating gathering firewood for the first fire. It just doesn't seem right to start a fire before Winter.

Just poured first cup of coffee. 63° with cloudy skies this morning. Heading to 59° (Lexington, TX) with some rain. Back on road heading down the road for a visit with some of our TX friends. Stopped by Eddie Walkers place for a visit. His pictures do not show how fantastic his projects are. Oscar was happy to see us then went back to sleep.

38F and cloudy @ 07:30 ... with some drizzle in area ... forecast high for today was only 37 so we've met that.
Having a cup of Emeril's "Big Easy Bold" which is tastin' pretty good.
Well, it definitely was a an early night ... never made it back up to the shop ... just too tired.
Shop clean up is still on the menu for today ... may try and get the aux lights installed on the tractor as well.
Don't hear the furnace running so I need to go down and check that ... probably needs fed.
