Nope, still have a functioning tank, looks to be about 3200 gallons in it plus a 3k tank up to the cottage.

good morning all. 22 degrees, going up only to 28, and like most of us in these parts, getting ready for a nice winter storm tomorrow. 3-5 inches of snow and ice.

Good weather to clean the house. Still throwing things out, went through the cosmetics last night and threw almost all away, nobody wants that stuff used. Boy there were some things in there this guy looked at and said "huh" Those clampy things that do eyelashes are really weird...wonder what else I could use that for? Just kidding, went in the trash.

But I've been saving the best for last. Tomorrow as the snow comes down, I attack the shoe closet. Oh boy. Boy are the ladies at GoodWill going to go into a feeding frenzy when this bag, or two, show up. Women and shoes...of course they aren't new, so not quite the attraction, but for many people, something is sure better than nothing. I just wish GoodWill gave stuff to the poor and not just sold it, though they do sell for peanuts, which is what their clientele can afford.

Going out to lunch today with my sister and a distant cousin who I haven't seen in years. Should be fun.

28 this morning high of 46 later today then tomorrow sleet freezing rain snow then rain back to freezing rain Saturday night clearing and cold Sunday. More stuff gets put in kitchen today, soon now very soon

27 out this morning. Saw some nice shooting stars before the clouds rolled in. Cut our Christmas tree down yesterday and will bring in before the cold rain gets here Saturday. Wish it would be snow instead, so it would look like Drew's place.

twas 25 when I left this AM. Fired up the wood stove for the girls, spied an outside kat in the house (I hate kats). Family members have soft spots for out door animals. The thing has been here at the farm since before I got here. It was upside down on a chair, sleeping. Sheesh, wish I could have someone stoke me up a fire while I was crashed out! e-nuff.......

May have to start chopping some wood this weekend. I have a habit of cutting it, but only splitting it when I feel like it, usually months to years later.
