Great day on coast today high of 83 with breeze out of north today, ocean still warm just a nice relaxing day. Watching great football now Alabama and Texas A&M soon out to eat. Hope you all had a great a day as we did

Donuts would be on a vegetarian's diet. No beef or pork in any I've ever made.

That is correct, along with fence fries, chips, cheese pizza, 99% of all candy (I did see a chocolate bar with bacon last week - so not 100%) etc.etc....

Thats why I'm not a vegetarian.

Not near enough for heart disease management.

good evening to all temp already down in high 40's. Buppies enjoy the beach while the temps are still warm. David glad you had a great ride only problem is I think you ran off and left a couple friends, ok I understand they didn't show up on time. got a lot of things done the last half of week. found out I will have to replace 5 sheet's of metal on my roof next year, where my flew is the chrisot has driped down and all the paint was gone and started to rust pretty bad I put some paint on it for this year. everyone have a great evening.

Not a vegetarian as in you eat chicken but not beef or pork? Beef is surely not on your recommended list, is it?
Seems you would have to be a near-vegetarian to get your total cholesterol number as low as you have. Under 100?

45 dry degrees this morning and chance of hitting 70 degrees today.
Key Being no rain. Working on the front of the house painting this week so no rain is really good!

brrrr.... 42 degrees out, going up to mid 70's, beautiful Fall weather.
got a lot of wood splitting done yesterday, sure was marvelous to be outside.
