good morning all 45 degrees this morning, rained all night very hard at times i see snow in the forcast from tonight thru thrusday night not suppose to amount to anything. David hope the transition with the horses goes well. Roy i wish you the best and i know it's so much diferent now. i have been thru some of this reaality stuff with my daughter and i have to remind her all the time get it in writing. her problem is my wife and i raised her to back up what she says in other words you got to be as good as your word and she thinks everyone else to a degree is the same way. ok hope everyone has a good day and be safe.

Ron, I'm glad to hear that your trip was safe and you've been able to be with your mom. I know how much she means to you and you to her. I hope she improves and gets back to her normal routine. We will miss you and Betty this April, but this is far more important.

It's 45 F here this morning and going up to the high 60s, maybe 70s by this afternoon. I'll be watering my grass seed to keep it damp while germinating.

Lots of rain over night and for today, we have a rainfall warning up for our area, calls for 2-4 inches by the end of the day. Fairly mild at 10C/50F. The swelling on my nose is starting to go down but it does look like heck.

Wish you luck resolving the mortgage issue.
We found that dealing with small local bank produces better results than dealing with a big bank. When we built our house we couldn't get money because I wanted to be my own general contractor. Small local bank (after talking to us) had no issue with it at all. When I wanted to finance my solar system we went directly to another small local bank. The guy drove to our place on his way home to check it out and called next day that he liked our place and that we get the loan. It took two weeks and we had the money in hand. In fact they gave us cash. I could have bought a Porsche instead of the PV stuff. I mean used one.

Just returned from dropping wife at airport - her trip of a lifetime to Japan. So for next 3 weeks just me and the dogs (and projects)
Almost seems the opposite of some of the TBM member struggles, but we keep you all in are prayers and hope for the best.

33F Overcast upper 40's for high than cool chill moving in to night.
Warmth plus rain snow did some good melting,ice brooks free causing ice jams here and there...looks like dozen or more good fishing holes this year.

37 degrees right now and like most we lost a bit of snow yesterday and last night!
Went to the town meeting last night, annual event everything past, taxes going up spending going up, life is good.
Town of less than 3000 and we have four full time police and who knows how many part-timers, but crime is down!
Have a good one off to clean the shotgun and ready the flyrod.
