Mid 40's, going to around 60 due to a ne breeze that will bring the water temps over land and keep us cooler than it would be otherwise.

37 here, too cold to go out and do much. Got an email about an hour ago from a former co-worker of my spouse, he told us that a woman who had worked with both of them had just passed away at age 58, and she was still working. Made us sad she had not been able to retire and enjoy her grandkids.

Those events (Early Unexpected Deaths) always sadden me for the survivors and make me appreciate MY days whether it is raining & cold or warm & sunny out. A good reminder to keep your affairs in order to protect "your loved ones". My biggest fear is to not be able to communicate the avoidance of expenditures to keep me alive. Have a Good Holiday Weekend!

Good morning all. Sun is out and getting rid of the frost. Kind of nice not to have rain for a few days. Should get up to around 10C or 50F today.
I was bad yesterday, cut the lawn in front of the house.

Today will be online training classes for work, a meeting with my new tax accountant late afternoon, and Good Friday service at Church tonight.

Good morning, all...just came in from scraping off the wife's car so she could see on her way to work. I was out yesterday afternoon mowing the last acre and a half of the yard for the first time this year, it was 43 degrees and there was a 20 mph wind blasting and by the time I came in I was shivering so hard I could barely get the door to the house unlocked...:laughing:

Normally today I would go out and run my errands but there is really nothing I need to shop for and I can work in the yard instead...if it warms up enough.

Good morning all!!! It's currently 35 outside, high of 60 today. Work called early this morning and said no work today. We have been down for 3 days now with boiler problems. but on the bright side this is my only long weekend for the month, so I got 6 days off instead of 4.

Ronjhall has been vacationing in the south during the winter season here, I am not sure where he is now but anyplace south has gotta be warmer than here.
