I bought a shower bench, you should get one, much safer. Need curtain, not a door on shower. I crawled to shower, pulled myself up on, since wheelchair was downstairs.

Thanks, I have one, but my big shower has built in benches in both ends. But I have used the bench. I got in trouble putting one foot up on the built in bench and my one leg just wasn’t strong enough.

My right leg is weaker right now. When i walk i have to make sure knee is locked beford putting weight on it.
I had to use bench in tub bathroom. Would not work in shower stall because of corner bench.

Eric, looks like a lot of hay to bale. I have stirred many a can of paint with screwdrivers too. After all, you just opened the tin paint can, and it's still in your hand, what else is a guy to do??

Wng, a walk in that weather sounds nice. But alas, I have too many chores to do myself. Down here, I do a bit at a time in the heat. Probably do inside chores mostly today.

Our chicken egg production has dropped a bit due to the heat I suppose. Still keeping up with small demand at work.

Good Morning!!!! 83F @ 9:30AM. Sunny. High around 100F. Winds SSW at 5 to 10 mph.

Glad you're OK, Randy. Slips and falls are one of the biggest causes of injury as we age; I know I'm not as steady on my pins as I used to be...

Working in this hot weather has me taking more frequent breaks in the A/C, and drinking more water, too, Kyle. Not as much gets done, but it's better than watching TV all day!:laughing:

Started a project to build a small rack for the back of the red bike, and it's mushrooming into a bigger job than I thought. :duh: Still plenty left on the punch list too.

Got evaluated, will get home PT and OT. She also said nursing, but i declined, didn't see any need as she said OT and PT will take vitals.

She said if i leave the house for anything except DR appt, i lose home care.

Neighbor just mowed my yard. I didn't say anything about mower won't start.
