Yesterday was good day working outside,couple hours trimming fix shed door casting from bear damage mow the front field.
After work today trim road side ditch,bank, stonewall.
E muffin feed little critters slow roll to work.

69, looking for 84, maybe a storm...need the rain, so maybe I should go up a ladder.

I tried to tempt one in last evening by firing up the grill, but only got the wind and clouds from one little one nearby. Speaking of grill, ever tried "doughnut" peaches grilled? Very tasty. They followed some okra and sliced zucchini along with some burgers (turkey and beef).

Buppies, I hope you rested up yesterday after the big event. Congrats on your new DIL.

Thomas, glad Boo Boo is better behaved at your place.

Drinking first cup of coffee. 61° with clear skies this morning. Heading to 87° with mostly sunny skies. Yesterday was a full day with 2 of my aunts and sons family. Did pork steaks on the Treager. Weather cooperates with no thunderstorms. Need to do some pond maintenance this morning. Take wife to another Dr appointment in afternoon. Then back home to conserve energy.

Kyle, wish you mother a belated Happy Birthday.

Rick, like the deer parade pic. Have deer sightings here everyday. Only one or 2 at a time. Even the Sandhill Cranes are making occasional visits.

Thomas, hopefully you have not sent Boo Boo my way.

Good morning! 74˚F We had a surprising cool weekend with temps only reaching 93˚F because of cloud cover and had 1/2" of rain Early Sunday morning. But this week we are heading into the hundred zone.

I signed up for a beginners pilates class this morning one of 6 for the next 3 weeks.

I also need to finish some tractor work in the garden sometimes in the morning this week. I need to go through our rock pile and load up rocks for a boarder around the windmill garden.

Buckeye and Randy hang in there any improvement each day is a big accomplishment.

Buppies congratulation on the new addition to your family.

Kyle hope Mom had a good party. I heard on the alert app where they sent your VFD and the Sheriff out to a fire that was in violation of the burn ban.

Apparently lots of deer and foxes outside at my rehab center. Saw deer out the window yesterday.

Got some sleep, but more back pain.

63 this morning and headed to 88 for the high. Some rain yesterday. Didn’t amount to much here just kept the grass wet. It did rain all the way around us. We’re getting dry here.

The hay that should have baled yesterday has now been washed twice. Maybe get it today. After I get back from hauling a load of calves. Taking 7 total. Today is the monthly feeder special. Mine don’t meet the shot requirements but hopefully the buyers are there and pay attention to what I’m bringing.

Did get started on the bookshelf for my wife’s classroom yesterday. It’s glued up. Just needs a top and back. Then sand and finish. Poplar shelf and birch back will get 3 coats of a semi-gloss polyurethane. The little shelf from this winter will get the same finish. Same materials but I used an oak back on it.

Hated to hear about the shootings yesterday.
