I really need a shed and another ZT to keep at the lot.
No- You need a 40' High cube shipping container with doors on both ends and the middle (disguised as a shed if need be) and a ZT.
You'll find you can fill the 40 quickly.

Finished mounting the brackets for the trimmer. It now clears the load bed when tipping a load.
Used the old cordless drill that has a lot of torque enough to have to be careful when breaking through.
Now will likely go mow some.

I tried to get a 20' container, but the company that has really nice 1 use containers out of Baltimore won't deliver that far. Check out my Southern VA lot thread, link below in my signature area.

Other headlight went out in jeep, not warning on that one, will replace today and hope it's only the bulb. Still takes time and is a bit painful as located between a lot of stuff and not really visible.
I noticed a head light out in subaru the other day, I keep them in stock, as honda uses the same one. I had it replaced in a couple minutes while waiting for son to come out of house.... Reminds be I need to order more, used the last one.

82F and "Fair" @ 14:30, calling for a high of 83F today. Only a 3% chance of precip ... (y)

Rain supposed to return tomorrow though.

Ten Day forecast is looking good after Tuesday however ... (y)

Up very late today after being up most of the night. Still on first cup.

Woman and I headed out around midnight to see what we could see in the sky, was very humid and fog had formed and there were some clouds:

I had started to download the "Night Sky" app and went back inside to check on that and grab my phone off the charger. Very cool app ... (y)

Went back out and it was looking like it was going to be a bust so we came back in.

She ended going to bed ... I stayed up and went back outside a number of times.

Eventually the humidity dropped, the clouds cleared and the fog mostly disappeared. She got back up at some point and went out side again. Don't think She ever saw anything meteor-wise though.

I persisted long enough that I saw a number of pretty bright ones ... both from the Persieds and the South Delta Aquarids.

The Night Sky app was very handy to identify various things in the sky including the vectors that the meteors were emanating from.

Did manage to get a couple of halfway decent photos of the night sky with the phone:

The bright object is the planet Saturn.

Tipping my head back really was killing my neck so it wasn't as pleasurable as it could have been. Have no problem bending my head forward but tipping it back for any length of time ends up be excruciating.

Need to find a good lounger that I can lay back in for cheap ... ;)

Not sure what all on the agenda for the rest of the day.

Hopper and tube feeders do need refilled.

Hope everyone is having a good Sunday ... (y)

of course not....
thanks
I'll get into setup a bit more
Return To Home very important to work if I go out over water, or out of sight
I've never used RTH function. It has threatened when battery is low, and I override. mine I think returns at whatever altitude it's at the comes down, you might not be high enough to get over some trees, I would rather bring it back. Technically you have to keep it in line of sight anyways....

Good Morning Guys,
62 to start going to 80 !
Morning rain here but looking west into the mountains, looks like some nice clearing ! Our friends are hoping to get out on the lake today, so hopeful for a pontoon ride later !
Looks like I will be making a nice breakfast for our company shortly !
Eggs, bacon and sausage on the griddle , so kitchen should be smelling good !

While mowing the other day, looked at blue berry bushes, going to need to do some picking !

All have a blessed and safe day !
nice view there!!

Glad to hear Ex is OK.
I’m afraid that here the news will get more somber the next few days. Only 3% of the area has been surveyed so expectation is significant rise in death toll.
Yes, I'm praying too. It doesn't look good. They believe many are lost at sea. My wife found a Maui home owner's video that showed arcs and sparks when wind drove the trees into the power lines. Much like the Bastrop fire, if that is found to be the cause.

RNG, I hope you have a good road to egress away from a wildfire. One that preferably goes into the prevailing winds.

I really need a shed and another ZT to keep at the lot.
What ever you do, keep it insured against theft. Didn't you have a spare Kubota you could use for mowing?

I got to ride in a Pantera back in the day. They had cooling issues. The guy I knew had spent a lot of time improving the cooling with better radiators, circulation pumps with bypass too. Didn't ride in it but for maybe 30 minutes. Did not pick up any girls. No room for them if we did anyway....or maybe I would have gotten kicked to the curb if 1 wanted to ride. LOL.

One of my favorite things to tell my kids when we see a hot classic car....."I rode in one of those back in the day"....and smile.

I thought this would be easy, would have been with another set of hands, but after more than an hour out in the heat I got it done.
it's pretty heavy duty and very weatherproof.
I'll give it a shot of 303 tomorrow.
Came in and saw my beet red face in mirror. I was determined to get it done....
now a hot/cold shower and rest

matching green umbrella comes in Tuesday, goes through hole in center
a bit of a state park look but so be it.
Actually the real state park ones cost 1200 bucks and are likely not folding.

I need to build a wood base to mount the weather station.
Really don't want to drill this table but most clamps aren't weatherproof

Bad gas. Doesn't take long, as little as a few weeks, depending on the quality of the gas and the conditions at which it was stored.
Gas purchased week before last, used two tankfuls in pressure washer the day before with no issues, Honda vertical shaft engine but otherwise identical.
