Good Morning Everyone.
And again my thanks to all the veterans and your families for your service and sacrifices; and our allied veteran and their families across the globe.
"..... Just like I won't forget (Never Forget) what happened to my distant relatives in the gas chambers in Belzec.
Lot of folks to pay our respects to."- Drew Different camps; same outcomes.
Never Again for any group deemed "different."
300UGuy- I've made a lot of mistakes in my life; and way up there on the list of "boneheaded moves" was planting a couple of Russian/Autumn(?) Olives in the lower field. My original 7 acres of open field is now closer to 6 between the Olives and Poplars.
Ted- Good luck tomorrow. I support your decision to "take it easier" today

Tomorrow will be a "long day."
A 48F dreary misty start to the morning. I actually fired up the wood stove to warm up the house. In "theory" this weather will blow out of here this PM with increasing sunshine and temperatures hopefully hitting the low 70F's. I would like to plant some of the herbs today if possible. All kinds of bird songs and calls this time of year around here. I have a pair of resident cardinals attacking wifey's car side mirrors.

. The cat bird has yet to show up and start attacking our windows. We had a great time seeing our exBIL's family in CT. It was a long, wet drive home last night; 2300 calories consumed :embarrassed:; lots of "bad eats" :embarrassed: to go along with the "good" eats.... Back to "The Plan" today.
My + thoughts, wishes, respects, and prayers for all this Memorial day.
