On a lighter note, any of you guys that have / had RV's... did you ever use the "black streak remover" stuff? How did it work? Lot's of scrubbing needed? Spray on-- rinse off?

I used Star bright instant black streak remover. Best way to stop the streaks is keep roof clean.

Technically it's an hour and half from here to Newark Airport.
So I'll give myself three hours, depending upon how much snow is coming down. If I have to drive 25mph
all the way to Newark it's going to take a mighty long time. Car is awd and intend to take it unless forecast gets worse, then will take the truck.
Driving in that intense traffic in the snow is just certifiably nuts.
Going to have a tupperware jar in the car for sure, and some food and water, and a blanket.

I bet her flight gets delayed. That will have me driving home in the dark. Lovely.

The roof is basically light grey...., most of the streaks are from the black rubber around the windows. And... the brown dirt on the silicone....
Looking for a quick clean up... doesn't have to be perfect.

Never waxed anything but furniture.

Have some of the black streak cleaner, RV place said it works well. I used it once, but been awhile. Got a bunch left.

Got home from MIL house, and son got into TN ok. Good because radar now shows snow there.

This snow is more south, we are in 1-2” range but more to the south.

Tomorrow I get the new tires on the Honda. Think I will keep at least the 2 back ones.
Might take the day off.

Chapel to start day then made breakfast, restoked insert, watch football fixed light string on Christmas decoration by replacing 37 mini lights Celebrated victory over the light string with a nap. And did some serious conserving of energy

Don enough snow so truck looked like it had dandruff Yes today would be more like polar bear plunge day. You would check for fluid on the lungs with low O2.

There is nothing on my books for today so I think I will conserve energy.

Re dogs chasing chickens; chickens are considered livestock and any dog that harasses them can be 'put down' by the livestock owner. Check it out in your state/country.

Yesterday I took a 'little' power nap at 1pm and got up in time for supper at 5.

I don't think there is anything on my books for today, so an energy conservation day.

Poured first cup of hot coffee. 0° with a few clouds this morning. Heading to 27° with mostly sunny skies. Got drive and walkways cleared of snow yesterday. It was cold. Glad it is done. No plans for today. Except stay warm.
Received a new bird feeder for Christmas. Birds have been ignoring it for the most part. Until yesterday.

Popgadget, hope your Shingles goes away quickly. I got it 18 years ago. Caught it early on. Treatment got rid of it in a week. My wife got it in her eye. Never did get rid of it.

Buckeye, keeping old tires? They rot just sitting on a shelf.

Mostly, it was a good time clearing drive. Seat time is good even in the cold.
