53F and cloudy @ 21:15, headed down to a low of 50F overnight. Heading into a cool, wet pattern through the Ten Day.

Had forgotten that pallet of fertilizer/concrete/soil amendments was still in the van so I didn't get the aquarium unloaded.

Instead I fished two dead chipmunks out of the traps and disposed of them first thing, looks like someone fished out the third one before I got to it ... probably what those 'coons were screaming about last night ... o_O

Will need to set those traps back up again tomorrow.

Then did some clean up around back, brought in the two sunflower tube feeders to fill them. Will do that in the morning.

After that made the run up to Menards in Kent and picked up 4" and 6" garden staples, two new mason lines (orange and gold), two different sizes of stakes, two 2' x 25' rolls of 1/2" poultry netting, and two 10-paks of suet.

Also picked up two small packs of the extra special treats that The Squeak likes, and was unable to resist the day lilies that were drastically reduced (three quart containers @ $2 apiece, and a one gallon @ $3.75), all of them different varieties.

Also grabbed a pick up tool that is much easier to work than the Harbor Freight one we have (which The Woman cannot use)

As I came up to the checkout counter the clerk said that we were under a tornado warning. Apparently there were a few of them issued throughout Northeast Ohio this afternoon and evening.

Swung by Meijer's to fill the gas cans for the Cub and as I was filling them the storm blew through with a torrential downpour and high winds, which was blowing the rain horizontal. The back of my jeans and shirt, which were facing into the wind got completely drenched ... despite being well under the canopy.

Got everything unloaded after I got home just in time for dinner.

Cleaned off the front glass on the upstairs aquarium after that.

Heading downstairs to feed the fish here in a few.

Hope everyone had a great day ... (y)

Another nice moon tonight, but got rain approaching from Ohio.
Tough going away with 2 sick cats, wife has 3 different people coming at different times of the day to take care of them.
Thomas, glad you was negative. Buppies, hope you are feeling better. Hope all others are well.

Good morning, low temp 29°F and high will be 41. Wind NNW 6 mph. Sunny! Got down to 27 overnight. The rut starts.

I think I will be putting the rest of the wood into the basement today, I may get to the trailer plug wiring as well. That should only take about an hour. I am replacing the existing plug that is rotten, so I only have to follow the color code that is already in place.

Happy Birthday, BEF!

Have a safe day all

Good morning all
62 going up to 67 today in nice weather.

I'm off early to endocrinologist to find out why my prolactin levels are high. My hormones have been pretty messed up since
cancer and chemo, for some reason this mostly female hormone is off for me. I don't think I'm about to go transgender... ;)

then back to suck up leaves, continue cleaning inside of house. Later this afternoon back over to church to set up for community meeting
tomorrow. I can't attend since older brother from VA is coming up Saturday and all three brothers and families will get together. I'll zoom for the first hour of
the church meeting, then family takes priority. Wish I could see my sister, haven't seen her in two years, thank you covid. She still refuses to fly back from CA until the
grandkids are vaccinated.

Bill is below freezing....brrrrr.
Welcome Mrsig.
Dennis, happy birthday and many more to come.

Happy Birthday, BEF.

Hope Buppies and Thomas are getting better!

Seems to be about upper 50's this AM with temps expected in mid 70's.

More digging today on the drain field project. Got another burn pile where the tank is going. Sigh. I thought I had cleaned up the area, but the machines needed more room.

Tracking pipes led to finding abandon parts of one, and splicing of pvc into cast iron and cast iron back to pvc. Looks like we will abandon that line and run a new one. Sigh.

Hope all have a great day, be safe and get healthy...or stay healthy.

The ram 4500 with 300000 mile did but emission related

The 2500 no real issues 41000 miles fuel mileage really good for 8000 pound vehice. Most trouble has been reflashes and popping noise in front end waiting on parts. One of the nicest trucks I’ve ever owned. I do run staydine in every tank to help prevent problems described in article

Thanks for sharing

Good morning! 62˚F heading to the mid 80s.

Excellent turnout yesterday at our 2nd plant based meeting. It is now a special interest group (SIG) of the garden club. 60 people. Lot of people just getting into it with so many questions. I have had practice with the good morning group so no new questions I have not heard before. The organizers put this 17 minute tube on the big screen in the ballroom during the educational meeting to introduce the concept and also encouraged members to watch the movie "Forks over Knives". FOK was one of the first movies I saw after my heart attack and really puts the plant based lifestyle in perspective.

One guy at the meeting there had a visit with his Dr. and told the Dr. he wanted to get off his medications. His Dr. said sure just eat a plant based diet.

Here is the 17 minute Youtube from the Firefighter in Austin.
