Yea, i got the spreadsheet. Lol
Several yrs ago, when i was about laid off, i did all sorts of calcs. It still pisses me off, that they gave me layoff notice even though I had found me a new position in the company and was waiting for the official transfer paperwork. And i still have the friggin voicemail my supervisor left me to tell me, she wouldnt tell me to my face, and she didn't show when HR gave me the notice. But in the end, it worked out well. I went to a software testing position, and that openned up the opportunity for where I am today.
Technically, i did retire when i left them over a yr ago, i just defered my pension payment. They didnt want me to leave then, but i went to my current company that puts 10% in my 401k.
Guess i should update the spreadsheet though.
I have 2 pensions coming, but small. Last company i worked for, i could start early drawing now, maybe $200 month.
In 3 yrs i can start drawing from my other, forget how much.
My johnny paychech voice is ready.
