Good afternoon all, Have no idea what the low was, but high of 82. I turned 58 today. Got up this morning and wife had found a recliner/lift chair on Craigs list for mom. Called the lady and she said there were all kinds of people in front of us. She told us some places to look. Wife said I think she will call and she did. Picked it up and then went to Costco and my favorite hardware store. Left right after breakfast and got home after 3:00. Good day. The Boy sure enjoyed the cake.

Couldn't wait till tomorrow so I made a quick trip to check out Dad's tractor battery with my new toy.
It was really bad, at least that will be an easy fix to get it going again.

While I was there I check out his pickup and it said it was good but needed charging. It has been driven about 5 miles the last 5 months so that's about right.

Ed my Mom and Dad have matching recliner lift chairs, they love them. It is their favorite afternoon nap spot.

65 this morning and made it to 88 today.

Went to garden this morning and picked 5 gallons of green beans off the first row about 35 feet long. Called mom to see if she wanted any beans and her and her parents came out and helped pick and break beans. 23 gallons off 6 rows. First picking. Sent about 8 gallons home with her not all are broke but have at least a canner full broke waiting for tomorrow.

Cleaned the rice hulls out of the skid steer so it can go back home tomorrow also.

Buckeye good news now take it easy and get back to normal.

Good evening all. 73F this morning, clear and light breeze. High temp was 95F, wind was brisk out of the south, and sky remained clear. Went fishing this morning, learned a fair amount about fishing the lake, quite a bit different than most lakes I have fished. We caught about 25 keeper crappie, one bass and a few catfish.
