Limited fridge choices for me. This is for the caretaker unit. Doesn’t need large, but wanted bigger than dorm. Wanted 24 inch depth due to space. Settled on Whirlpool 11.3 cu. I have same in the cottage and it has worked well.

Three stray kitties showed up in my front yard Monday evening. It was barely light enough for my phone-cam to grab a pic. They must be after the fallen bird seed from feeders just above. If anyone would care to adopt them, let me know. I'll watch for them again. :shocked:

Good evening all. 57F for the start, Some clouds, light breeze. Wind kicked up to moderate with strong gust the settle down for rest of day, Fem clouds and high temp was 76F. started with bike ride, lunch clean vacuum truck inside, taking it on the trip. Step daughter arranged for surprise birthday party for wife at Mexican restaurant, we both enjoyed it. No gopher activity today. Will be on the road for next 3 days.

Sophie did well at Dr apparently some new equipment since last year.
I did well with paint prep except not getting any paint. T111 siding is so rough I want to spray. Just too windy by the time I could have started. Should have prepped the sprayer, but didn’t. Just decided to conserve energy instead.

Haven’t worn my suit since 2007 for nephew’s wedding, probably not a good fit. Couldn’t even begin to guess if anything else is dry clean only.
I’m in shorts and Tee 365 days but I do put on long pants for special events and will dress up with an Aloha shirt from time to time.

Got my bin built yesterday, it was a great day to work outside. I don’t even think that I’m sore this am. It was rewarding to see that I wore out my helper even though he was a good 20 years. younger than me.
My straightened and shortened driveline worked well, but shale is not the easiest thing to drill through.
Today won’t be as productive, I have to do a little bit of traveling.

I don’t have a full suit that fits anymore, but do have a dress jacket that I wear occasionally, like to funerals.
Haven’t heard any plans yet for SIL funeral.

30+ years ago I wore dress shirt and tie to work, now it’s jeans and a nice sport shirt. I started wearing jeans to work at least 10 yrs ago, used to always be dress slacks. Still got a bunch of old ties.

46 outside this AM. Heading to lower 70's. Looks like perfect grass growing weather for the next week.

I noticed yesterday, the sun goes down a lot earlier. LOL. My body wants to keep going, but I don't work on anything in the dark.

More trim and porch work today. Is a slow go with me. I was hoping to be finished today, but am only 1/2 way there with the vinyl.

44 going up to 71 today, nice sunny day

insurance agent coming over this morning to drop off policies, we are old friends and he just wants to say hi.
We both owned long standing independent agencies in nearby towns, and both of the same faith and outlook on life.

Once he has left off to Doylestown to Mattress Firm to pick out a mattress set for guest bedroom. I have the sheets and bedspread, even matching shams, which
I promptly found out do not include a pillow inside, just the outside matching wrapper. ?? So I guess I'll have to go online and find baby pillows to fit inside.
Maybe I'll take one of the shams along with me and the mattress place might have something to fit. This is sure not my forte...

had a nice visit with my next older brother late yesterday afternoon, sitting outside near a propane fireplace. They have been very happy in their over 55 home, helped by it being at the very far end of the development bordered by woods on a no outlet road. Even then they said the weekends were full of cars from NJ and NY just driving around; some things never change.

Drinking first cup of coffee. 38° with clear skies this morning. Heading to 71° with mostly sunny skies. Had unexpected visitors yesterday. So window cleaning is back on list. After I back from shopping. Going to have to mow grass again soon with the warm weather.
My son has been back to work all week. Has Dr appointment today to determine what is needing to be done. He is not suppose to be doing any physical work. But with Covid has been taking on more work everyday. Place needs to replace the employees that have left.
Found a new Dr for my ear problems. Appointment next Tuesday.

Riptides, maybe slow on porch. But it is getting done. Everything lately seems to be not getting done for me. Great picture.
