Good morning all. 54 here this morning going to 85 with some fog this am. Today is the day!! The crew is supposed to be here in about 2 hour to build the shop and they expect to have it done today. Neighbor came over and they just installed a mini split at his son's so I guess I will save some money and have him help me. He is a good neighbor.

55 headed to 85. Feels so cool outside on a quick walk to run off the raccoons. Should be a great Labor Day. Back to the 90s the rest of the week.

Ed sounds exciting to get that shop built.

Kyle, I had a similar shaft problem last week...trying to get the shaft off the bush hog to lube that end...finally, after almost pulling my back out, gave it a good rap on the collar and it broke loose.

Eric, I have found that reading long threads on TBN can make the clocks in our house spin at double speed.

David, we definitely need a Segway pic. I'll never forget one day my son and I were walking in front of the Supreme Court building, and a tour group of Segways "snuck up" on us...they were so quiet compared to city noises that we didn't notice their approach...my first glimpse of them...cool.

Drinking first cup of coffee. 55° with clear skies this morning. Heading to 83° with sunny skies. Today is my rescheduled CPL class. Should be a full day 9 to 6pm.
Found out that Rockler Woodworking has opened a store within 10 miles from my place.
Visited the store. Found a lot of tools I could have used on previous projects. Left store with a goody bag and no purchase which included a catalog for the libary.
Lenny, Happy Belated Birthday. Great picture of Granddaughter.
Ed, new shop will make more work for you. Plus a chance to try out all those new tools.
Eric, it take planning to get all the things you want to do in one day done. When you figure it out let me know.
Drew, sorry about the turtle rustler. Was thinking of you yesterday while cleaning Garden Pond. Maybe you should switch frogs. Nobody seems to want them in my pond.

Last 3 days taste of autumn air coming to end,heading high 80's rest of the week.
Putter around the home than Mrs. and I took nice motorcycle ride thru NH White Mountains ...saw two bull moose showing of there antlers

Today head to city for couple things than putter around,might even take Kubota for country ride.

Good morning! Foggy, 73˚, heading to 90˚, 50% chance of a shower in the afternoon. With the solar cover on the pool the water temp rose to a record 94˚ yesterday but it down to 88˚ this morning after yesterday evening's 1/2" rain.

Our local hospital that was cyber raided and held for ransom months ago and paid the ransom, as suggested by the FBI, (I guess that's the new norm for the U.S.) had to have a round of layoff's last week. I feel sorry for their employees that got the boot.

Thomas nose is still tender to but has no feeling to touch. If you roll over while sleeping one will wake up if the nose gets bumped

I am very happy you can still smell the roses and you were one of the first ones to respond to one of my posts years ago

The trip home is 5.5 hours and wife is the pilot so I'll probably pass the time sleeping

I was wrestling with the shredder until late and I admit, I didn't watch the game. I saw the highlights this morning and see that they held on. I was impressed that they stayed in the game after giving up the lead. But alas, I'm a fan of A&M, so when the longharns win, it's no big deal to me. It does seem that most of the Texas college football teams had a good weekend. Wisconsin surprised me.

Why is it that every holiday that I want to get caught up on tractor work, something breaks and my dealer is closed. I need 2 bushhog clutch linings.

Good Morning. 1030, mostly cloudy, 81F with 76% humidity. Forecast high of 87F with 20% chance of rain today, and a low of 66F tonight. This will be our first night in the 60's this summer. I hope to be able to camp, and will enjoy any chill bumps I get. Also I have to decide if I'm good listening to my Noles on the radio. When I was younger, they were rarely on TV, so I have years of practice.

I forgot to say we had almost two inches of rain yesterday. More than when Her Mean came through. Sister and BIL are back from the beach. They said it rained a lot down there too. So calling off the Beach Jam was probably the right thing to do.

Yep, and my #13 Houston Cougars dispatched the #3 Oklahoma Sooners soundly 33-23! Was a great national audition to join the Big 12 next year.

Good afternoon all. 77F this morning after a couple of cool mornings, partly cloudy sky, windy out of the south ans made it to 94 today. Low 90's till Saturday, with chance of rain and mid 80's in forecast. Bike ride with the group 47 miles (14 mph ave Drew ), and not much else. Tonight is stepdaughter's birthday celebration.
