Wife picked up small container of Blue Bell ice cream at Buc-ees on our way home last week. Was too hard to eat right away, but about an hour later we polished it off. It would go good with the cherry pie I got yesterday.

good morning, 51 going to 74

Jack posts ordered and ready to pick up at HD
The plan is coming together for how to raise the beams and support them

Mowed a couple of areas and put the ZT back on battery Tender

Visiting the Blue Bell ice cream factory in Brenham is something the kids still talk about today

One of the few downsides of living "out here" is when these hog manure tankers show up to bury their "by-products". Two of these were here doing passes for about 4 hours the other day. With little to no wind, it has been pretty stinky (only slightly better after two days).

Good Morning,
Ct, 55 to start going to 70 or so ! Much warmer than the last few days ! Bright blue skies and sunny !

Last night we went with our oldes son and family to Gaucho Brazilian Steak house in Stamford, Ct. The meats that they serve were amazing but the traffic down that neck of I95 is absolutely and incredibly Bad ! Took a long time to get back home but we made it ! 😉

Tonite, my wife Kathleen is taking me to the Shubert Theater in New Haven to see the play, TheRocky Mountain Horror Show ! Obviously she thinks I need some cultural structure in my life ! 😀

Hope all have a great Saturday! 🙏

picked up the rv and cleaned up a little, in case kids show up, but otherwise heading outside to quietly wash rv. I looked, not disallowed anywhere.

I'm looking forward to whatever the day brings and an early dinner
at steakhouse here.

I have a question about steak. For thirty bucks should your Texas steak be fresh meat recently cut or aged or is it ok to be a frozen portion from their refrigerator? I'm guessing it's a matter of whether they employ their own butcher.

and that's why Greene Iowa is green...

coming out smelling like mint

Lots of manure tankers around here also, it can have a pretty potent smell to it at times. And a few that still use regular manure spreaders and many that use both.

A nice day here up to 56F this morning, heading for what I consider to be a pleasant 66F, not so nice tonight and Sunday. Down to 35F and showery with a high forecast to be in the low 40's.

Starting to get lots of leaves down on the ground, need to get busy and get more of the back filling and cleanup done from the propane tank install.

All stay safe and get well
