L5030 is 50HP, 44 PTO HP. Not sure this would work on 3-4 ft high grass and weeds, that gets mowed once a year. Would love to have 90 " cut. Think an 8 ft dual spindle rotary is too much.
Bush hog 2107 is 7 ft with dual spindle, think that might do the trick.

bush hog 2208 is right at 45 PTO HP for 8 ft mower (3pt). pull type goes down to 30 HP.

The 90” FDR might be just the ticket then. It cuts knee high vegetation effortlessly, I think that my L6060 is 53 PTO hp.

Didn’t get hot tub refilled.

Really nice HH at neighbors. Plenty good eats.

Off to Kona this morning to pick up my tractor 🤞

Prayers for all
Be safe
Have a great day

60°F and clear skies this morning, only going up to 79° today.

Storms that blew through this weekend left behind some cool air. Can't complain about that. They also left behind some destruction. We only had a few limbs down here and there. After passing through here, a couple of tornadoes spun up just north of Carlyle and damaged some businesses along IL-127. They are just across a field from my Wife's ex-inlaws. Their place only had minor damage, but a nearby repair shop was pretty much leveled.
Springtime in the Midwest.

Planted a bunch of new raspberry and blueberry bushes last week, and today will be a bunch of apple, peach, nectarine, and plum trees. Wife wants to start the orchard over again, so here we go. Back is going to love me tonight.

Took off an additional day this weekend to have a longer four day weekend. Glad I did. Got weathered out on two of them.

Also need to get my golf clubs out and cleaned up, as I'm playing in a work-related tournament this coming Friday. Haven't swung a club yet this year. Should be ... interesting.

Couldn't get TBN to open earlier, then later it opened for a few minutes and crashed, then wouldn't open again. Hoping this posts.

Good morning, gents.

Good Afternoon Dennis,
some things not working right on TBN. can't search, can't create new post.
Dennis, I think I got it straightened out. I also sent a PM to Muhammad explaining what happened, he said he might be able to change those posts back to Scott_vt.
Anyways, I’m back again as Scott_vt !😉

The issue with the cheap Amcrest camera was that it wanted to use their software, and there wasn’t an included utility to set it to a fixed IP or select the port used for video. It worked instantly out of the box using their soft ware. The detective work was required in getting it to play with Blue Iris.

No foundation drains, the finished floor will be well above grade, the vapor barrier and heat-crete insulation panels for the radiant floor heat will provide a more than adequate radon barrier.
Unless this is an under $40 Amcrest that I haven't seen, you can set the IP. it uses DHCP by default, so you have to figure out what ip it came up on, but then you can log in and set the IP and other items including ports. I think i do use one of their utilities to find it initially, but you don't have to. I have a new one in a box, I'll try it later.

I saw a video where someone used the heat-crete panels to install their radiant, might have been RR builders.

Today was a run around day. Teeth cleaned, chipotle, Lowe’s, groceries, DQ.
Still can’t find 300 ft tape, or 100 ft steel tape. Bought another 100 ft today. Have looked everywhere except its hiding place. Last I remember using it was in the yard. Searched truck, barn, garage, basement, mudroom multiple times.

Good (Wednesday) morning. Overnight Low of 7.8C and it's presently 10.0C, somewhat overcast & calm.

Hardware store trip resulted in getting the correct type of 'weather stripping'... naturally the "brush type" was what I required and was, of course, the most expensive. The "rubber type" was more prolific but deteriorates and leaves a mess when eventual replacement is needed. You get what you pay for, eh?

A Mate stopped by to borrow my inspection camera... I haven't used it in over 7 years but it's one of those "I HAVE IT" tools. Fortunately, I took the 4 AA batteries out of it all those years ago.

A thread from Ibrahim described that TBN was down for maintenance, causing all of your 'posting woes'.

It's 'into town day' for groceries. But first I'll attend a Veteran's Coffee gathering.

That's about it, take care all.
