74 and 1,000% humidity. Going to 90.

Mostly, for these yellow jackets and hornets, I bought some spray that claims to go over 27 feet...one type even foams when it hits. Nothing seems effective on the European hornets, though.

Glad you got your tv mounted, Sodamo...nice job.

They say you can't believe everything you read on the internet...that's true...in the news feed on my Edge browser, there are articles from two different sources exclaiming Hurricane Ian had come back on shore in South Carolina as a Cat 1....just hit 12 hours ago. Actually, it was back in September, if I remember correctly.

My wife and I took a zero day yesterday and watched the last 2 episodes of Jack Ryan. Great series.

Do they charge by axels?
yes
I can see charging a 40 ton truck some serious tolls to maintain that road, but I only weigh 14k, or about two fully loaded pickups.
I'm guessing this is double the car rate plus who knows
at least in Western PA they have paved the road. Ohio part was smoothest of all.

Scotty,
mine was a 1956. What a fine job that did on potatoes.
Mine went back to the local dealer in Washington NC who originally sold it.
Owner said Beaufort County agriculture was built on tobacco and the Farmall A
mine had a very loud whine in rear end. Was told it was due to straight cut gears.
Still seemed way too loud but that tractor just kept running.
I put in a new clutch, brakes, tires, etc,
Always loved the spark plug for that tractor. Biggest one I ever saw.

Good Morning!

God has given us another chance to get it right (or at least not screw up too badly…).

68.5F going to upper 80s, afternoon T-storms forecast, and we might even actually get them today because we have our town street fair and car show today…

Water filter setup works well, ran four sprinklers for about 45 minutes (two oscillators and two rotating head) with no clogs.

Did a quick clean on one of the saws, but they all need sharpening…

I had to futz a bit to get the screws in the right position so that the nuts would all face North 😁

I don’t know what projects are on tap for today, there are so many possible things to do! But this evening we are going to the PAC and seeing our local theater group’s presentation of “Bye Bye Birdie”, so I get out of cooking tonight 😎.

I hope everyone has a happy healthy safe blessed day!

It always brightens my day seeing this at the top of your posts. I often need this reminder.
I need it too. Although I all-to-often find myself in the second phrase…
