interesting email from local authorities:

Aerial photography drones will be hovering in the early night sky over Solebury
during the first two weeks of March, to help the Township get an accurate count of deer herds
and their locations. The drones, carrying infrared cameras, will be operated by FAA-certified staff scientists
from the Raritan Valley Community College Center for Environmental Studies.

the drone team will be operating from positions on Township-owned land, at the end of cul-de-sacs,
and along roads with wide shoulders. The flights will take place at night, many between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m.

Our drone club would love to do the deer count. Here we still use volunteers on golf carts. This year because of covid we are just using last year's numbers.

Poured first cup of coffee. 13° with clear skies this morning. Heading to 40° with lots of sun all day. Sassy's grooming went well. We are both able to out into public again. Laundry is put away. Spent some time sanding windshield on mule with 1000 to 2000 grit wet and dry. Did a small area with Flitz polish and buffer. Going to be able to save this one. Will take awhile. My arm gets sore after a short time. Grocery shopping this morning. Then get back at doing some photo scanning. Cannot do much outside. Everything is mud. Good news there is a 2' area of water showing in Garden Pond. Been there for 2 days.

David, my Bidet has a button to shut off unit. When turned on it has a cycle that make sure that cold water is purged from it. I do not use the warm seat mode. Here is the model I bought. I figured the remote model would never be where it was needed. What I do not like is how ugly it looks when cover and seat are raised.

Don, I have tried my drone on deer here. They are gone in a flash when they hear it take off. My new drone is quieter and faster than old one. Will have to try it again when things dry up a little.

PJ, finding a place in TX should be interesting.

LS, hope septic tank install went well.

Randy, great mechanical skills used getting fan running. :D

Buppies, hope removal goes well. Special prayers sent.

DFT, good story.

RS, my billing for Electric and Gas is similar. Both are cheap. But double after charges are applied.

Everyone stay safe and healthy.

Good Morning All.

good morning all.
30 out now going up to 47 in nice weather, then turning wet for weekend with rain both days

saw crew out digging up around utility pole near my home yesterday, asked them what was going on.
They are a subbed out company, I guess to PECO, who go around and dig up the bottoms of the power poles, inject
some wood preservative into the wood and then cover it all back up again. Guess it's cheaper to maintain the poles than replace them, which
makes sense. Sure was a muddy mess for them working there, not an easy job, first they had to dig up the snow, then the mud, all by hand.

ordered some black cumin gelcaps, easier for me to take and less likely to forget taking if I include in pill box.
Amazon.com: Black Seed Oil 2 mg per Serving - 18 Softgel Caps (Non-GMO & Gluten-Free) Cold-Pressed Nigella Sativa Producing Pure Black Cumin Seed Oil with Vitamin E: Health & Personal Care

it's interesting how supplements or foods that are irritants to the body seem to be good for it.
But perhaps not too much hot sauce...

might make a run up to lumber yard this morning and get some more cedar, have two more birdhouses to build and the temps are warmer so I can work
out in garage mid day.

Good morning
It’s 32 and predicted to make it to 44 today.

Yesterday was not a real busy day. Ran some errands, got last speaker to FedEx for its trip to Hew Hampshire, cleaned up a little bit and played with the bass. Fingers are toughening up already,
It’s good to see the moderate temperatures melting the snow in a nice controlled fashion, without any flooding. The glacier in my lane is pretty much gone.

Today, I’m supposed to go out with my friend to troubleshoot a geo heat pump that someone else installed. Those are always interesting.

Got a message from the county that I will be getting a message from them soon to get vaccinated if I haven’t already gotten it done or my own. At least they know that they are lagging behind.

34 outside this AM, heading to 50.

Well yesterday got sidetracked again, started on the privet bushes. Talk about a nasty job. Heck some of those bushes <----bushes, were 20 feet tall and three inches thick at their base. Totally out of control. Only managed to cut about 100 feet, about 1/2 done. Talk about a burn pile. I used the tractor to push them down the driveway into a corner of the front yard. Will have to move that pile to the back, hopefully later today. My project list is long and out of control. LOL. And a small window of cooperating weather.

Hope all have a great start to the weekend, Be safe and stay healthy, my friends.

32 going to 51, then rain late today lasting for 4 days. Was nice in the 60s yesterday.

Towed my trailer to the place I buy mulch to pick up a load of gravel yesterday to patch the driveway...they were closed :( ...told my wife it was a dry run for today. At least it took me past the battlefield forest where I got a nice 5 mile hike in.

Saw the bluebirds checking out the nesting boxes yesterday, so cleaned and repaired them...February is always the correct month to do it here. We have 7 boxes, and all had nests...one was strange looking...rather than a depression in the middle of the square pile of grasses inside the box, it had a dome. As I pulled out the nest and pressed the dome, two deer mice jumped out. Got quite the surprise.

Went skunk hunting this morning...the big bright moon helped. RIP "Stripey" and "Arrowhead." Saw Arrowhead on our front porch in the wee hours Wednesday...too close for comfort.

Prayers said, Buppies.
