Found a thin layer of ice on top of the pool cover this morning. Temperature gauge say 27 degrees. Supposed to get to 38 today.

Jinman, I was actually in your area two weeks ago. Visited my mom in Springtown. I did get to Decatur and Justin while I was there. Really beautiful area there.

Good morning all. Had a wind storm in our area yesterday, gusts up to 80 K or 50 MPH. Snowed in the morning for a couple of hours but did not stay on the ground. Cool and icy this morning, sun is shinning but rain will start later today. Wood stoves on in the house and shop. Yesterday afternoon I did get out and pick up cow patties, found when they are frozen

they are easy to pick up :laughing: :confused2:.

Coffee is on. Little chilly this morning. 19 degrees. Headed to 48 and winds. Yesterdays snow flurries were heavy enough to cover ground white for about 15 minutes.
To cold to do anything outside today. Going to have to start on the inside jobs. Painting is not my favorite job.

Greetings from NH! About 26 this AM, on my second cup of coffee now. We got about an inch of flurries last night, a little more coming down now. Temps are supposed to go up a bit, though, so it all should be gone by later today. This weekend, it'll be "service the MMM" time.

23 here...was thinking this morning and posted on FB how great it is to have modern cars that start right up in cold weather, no choking, no worries about flooding the engine or cranking until the batteries run down. Turn the key and "WHUMP" an immediate start, and five minutes later away you go. Young guys have no idea what they missed...:laughing:

Morning Y'All!

T-stat said it was 24!! outside. Precip ended yesterday so we will just have icy mud, I wonder if the ducks will still play in it?

Last night my middle daughter sang so well at the Church children's play she looked/sounded like an American Idol prospect (she really was awesome).

I am aching to get on my tractor and go move logs jonnyc1999 cut for me, or work on the fence project, or clear some debris on the larger pasture project, or...

I've got an offer of help for the fence from Jon and a buddy or two, so I'm going to go shopping for materials this weekend. Jon and another TBN'er are interested in the black walnut trees so I'm going to invite them over to have a tree cutting party I think.

Interesting how close the temps are up and down the east. Here in N. Georgia we are 30 this morning headed to low 50's.

Exactly 10 degrees warmer here this morning than yesterday. It was 38.6 F at 6:30 AM. A warming trend is starting for this weekend.

Oops, got up late today. It is 37 and sunny now. Getting ready to go attack my leaves today. We had 2 big trees close to the house cut down resulting in less leaves to rake - still plenty out there.

Just around the freezing mark this morning with a bit of light snow falling. Yesterday afternoon we had some huge flakes come down, looked like they were almost 2 inches across, it was a sight to see.
