Today’s low temperature of 49ºF was at midnight and it was raining heavily. Presently a dreary, foggy, rainy 52; and I anticipate a cloudy afternoon high temperature ~60ºF and maybe a T-storm or 2 later today as the cold front moves through.. 0.77” of rain since midnight reported.
Those steaks came out rare-medium rare. I did not check the stove temperature while cooking, but I knew it was +600ºF when I went to get the steaks. They cooked in 3 minutes; rested ~15 minutes.
Randy- I am sorry to read about your cut. I hope it heals quickly. I do not know how I missed your post.
Bruce- 40 years of R/C experience is amazing. I can imagine the $ invested.
Ted- As a former stimulus junkie I can relate. Sometimes I miss dealing with head cases. Now I can only deal with myself.
Eric- I am happy to see you posting again and making me laugh.
Billy- Thanks for the laugh.
Mike- I am sorry to read about your Daughter. My + thoughts, wishes, and prayers for her and for all others who despite the personal risk do what they were trained to do without question.
Drew- I am sorry that the lab work did not reveal the cause of your nausea.
RonJH- I/We are still doing bird counts. For flocked Goldfinches- 24 on 4.29, 26 on 4.30, and 23 this morning. I get crosseyed at times with the counts.
Covid-19 by any science derived prediction is going to be with us for a long time.
My + thoughts, wishes, and prayers.
