Mrs house wren is raising sand with Mr house wren he must not be building nest fast enough

She’s saying
“If you don’t build the nest, you don’t get any nookie,
How can you get any nookie if you don’t build the nest”

She must have been a pink fan.

Good morning. It was 41° here this morning and sunny for about the first half hour of daylight. It’s now overcast and our high will be about 65° this afternoon.

I picked up the rest of the Land Pride parts yesterday, to add hydraulic angle to my LP RB3796 rear blade. Hopefully I can get that installed today .. then back to cedar removal.

I found our first blue bonnets of the year on the ranch yesterday. I saw a few along Highway 71 N. of Columbus last week. We get lots of wild flowers, in our pastures every spring but, usually very few blue bonnets.

RNG .. very impressive drone flight. Let us know if it brings you rain .. and I’ll order one today.

Roy .. that pistol is tiny! I thought my Ruger LC9 with Lasermax was small but .. you’ve beaten that.

Hoping everyone has a great weekend.

Prayers to all.

40° sunny and windy

This time of year, When I was building my house in 1997, 2 wall sections blew off in 50mph winds.

Nice drone video. Got me wanting one.

I have a cedar about 100 yds from my Apple trees, probably why I get no apples. The tree is on right of way, but probably wouldn’t be missed if I cut it. I keep it because it helps block the view from the road.

I bought my QA pallet forks in 2006 from company in NC that used to be on TBN. $569 delivered. I use them more than my bucket.
At the time I had a pin on bucket on my L3130 so I bought a QA adapter. Had to unpin bucket, pin on QA to use forks. Was part of reason to upgrade tractor to L3940 with a QA bucket( and cab and backhoe). I log each tractor usage, if I was using forks, bucket, Bh, (now grapple) along with hrs. I still have the L3130 QA adapter for sale cheap.

On a good note, I did get the 2 cutting edges for $100. Definitely some heavy duty ones... almost 200 lbs each. I will use them for a home built land plane. There was a guy on Craigslist selling 6ft ones that weigh half as much for over $200 each. I guess I made out ok.

The Everything Attachments website has some pretty good videos of their land planes in action, Ted. You can probably figure out pretty quickly how to build one from there... And we'd all love to follow along with the build.

Saw first robin if the year today.

RNG, great video. I would have a hard time getting drone back to it’s staring point with stick control.

haha

Randy, hope you enjoy the British invasion....just tell 'em to remember the battle of New Orleans if they start feeling their oats!

RNG, nice vid, beautiful place, shiny blue van. How long did it take to upload that 2 minute + video?

I have this short 12' "bridge" over my "moat"...from my home to my barn's man door. It was getting rickety, and the kids and I went and got some lumber. This time though, I bought some stain/seal and we are painting the new wood before we build anything. Got the new wood painted/stained. Got the old bridge de-constructed, painted the sides and uprights of the back patio (small)....and I'm officially hungry and tired. Lots of up/down and bending over. Waiting on the paint to dry on the new wood. Probably tomorrow.

nice pistola Roy.

BEF, glad you got your home built back when you were a young spring chicken.

Thomas, enjoy your dinner.
