Good (Wednesday) morning. Overnight Low of 7.8C and it's presently 10.9C [heading to 14C], overcast & fairly calm. There was 2.7mm in the gauge @0900.

All tasks accomplished yesterday, including the new sawhorses.

Today is the "official" 'into town' day for groceries, then I'll carry on with preparing the house for my visitors. Oh, and a request from the 'Mad Agisting Horse Woman' to deliver a round of hay later this arvo.

Good evening all. 72ºF for the start, trace of rain in gauge, overcast, light breeze. Light wind, overcast with periods of light rain, and high temp was 87ºF, HI 94ºF. Made coffee to start day, Grief Share, worked on getting organized as roads wet from rain, worked on ticket sales for Fish club fish fry. Roads dried, went for bike ride. Pulled sandburs and mowed front yard then quick trip to bike shop to get repaired rear bearings.
Ron sorry you didn't get more out of Dr appointment. Hope you get paperwork done so you can have mule on site. Glad grass cut. Nice pic.
Happy(nc) you need to share the rain more, there of plenty of us that can use some rain

Coffee has been poured. 66° with mostly cloudy skies this morning. Heading to 83° with sunny skies. .71" rain overnight. PT went good. The finished up to small projects in shop. Today it is another PT visit. Then back home to do some shop cleanup. Been putting out Mole traps. So far I have had 2 go off. Maybe more traps have gone off overnight.

I certainly would if I could. We are at 5 1/2" inches for the week before today starts! I am happy with the bridge work we have done so far. Didn't even hiccup thru this rain!

Spent the day in the manroom part of my garage. Replaced the ceiling fan with the one I bought nearly two years ago. I don't like to rush in to things
Spent a good amount of time looking for a few good nuts for the bolts to hold down a big vice I bought at an estate sale last summer. I like the bolts I found but will need to buy the nuts. I don't have anything big enough.
Todays plan is probably more of the same.

Time for a second cup

house feels humid and warm, never got below 70 last night, going to 90 today
in thunderstorms this afternoon and tonight. Probably enough rain to invigorate the lawn again.

I'm off this morning to doc appt for second visit on my groin/hip pain; jumping through hoops to qualify for a CT scan likely.
This may just be my advancing arthritis going into my hip, which would be best case. Need to rule out other stuff.

then tonight headed to friends for dinner, told her sorry I was bringing rain with me.

Ct, 69 to start going to 86 with increasing humidity. Looks like afternoon thunderstorms are a real possibility today with an increased threat tomorrow.

Need to do some work out behind the pool this morning while it’s still cool, a birch tree that I cut down a couple of weeks ago needs to be cut up in rounds. I had to get it out of the way when I put my dipole antenna up a couple of weeks ago.

Scotty, don't get into any trouble. My wife is heading up today to babysit our granddaughter for a couple of days. Sounds like you and Thomas need to do a deal on your tractor.

Roasted some coffee yesterday...drinking one I've never had, a Guatemala Gesha...roasted it light and I'm real happy drinking it now.

Replaced the 3 point lever stop knob on my tractor yesterday. Thought I could reach up from the bottom with the nut, but there is an extra brace in the way. So removed the top. Crazy how much I missed that little knob during the year it was missing.

My windshield has aboot 2 dozen drop splash spots in the dust.
If I ran all over my property and swept it up with a broom into a bucket I wouldn't get enough to properly water my potted hibiscus.

75 outside right now. heading to upper 80's. May rain later, who knows for sure.

Cut some walking/riding trails with the tractor yesterday. Attempted to beat down some grasses in gullies and run off spots, still to wet for that. Made more of a mess than I should have. Called it a day after that disappointment. Tractor could use a good cleaning now.

Will see what today brings, not too motivated to go looking for stuff to do, for sure.

Mount Kilimanjaro is a gorgeous climb. As long as you're in decent shape there shouldn't be any problem.
The fjords are a camera persons wet dream.

72° and humid, high of 90 with chance of thunderstorms in the evening.

Yesterday followed the plan, FAA visit went well, but took longer than I expected, made it over to the RC field to socialize, but didn’t bother to bring a plane. One of the guys had a pretty cool F117 powered by an electric ducted fan.

After lunch, I flew the little plane up to Lake Wallenpaupack to pick up a friend to bring him back to Allentown to pick up his plane. While I was out, I took a loop around my place , you can see the RC runway, and the mower pattern.

Amazon delivered another Asus WiFi mesh node, wife decided she needed better coverage in her she shed. So I tinkered with setting that up as well.

The woodshed is ready for winter, and we have more to split.

Today will start with breakfast with the professor, and end with an airport authority meeting. Not sure about what happens in between yet.

Morning all, 73 going to 91 and calling for rain,
Did more watering, not much else.
Son got his RealID drivers license, he couldn't believe is took more than 2 hours on weekday, middle of the month. I remember doing the yearly DMV for license updates before online renewals taking a lot longer

Brother visited my Uncle, he forgets stuff that happened a short time back and can barely walk now. He has good care and seems happy. We have some of his "friends" hanging out that are kinda parasitic which worries us, his good friends do stop by here and there to check in on him.

Popgadget - thanks for reminding me , I am way behind on splitting due to the stiltgrass work.
I have a friend who has a place by Lake Wallenpaupack , gotta visit him one of these days.

Son off to college in 2 weeks, where has the summer gone.
