Good Morning,
Ct, 60 to start going to 72 with clouds.
Church this morning and then grandsons Birthday Party later this afternoon.

Scotty, it takes a while to grow a thumbnail back. Did you drill a micro hole to relieve the pressure?
Yes Kyle, I remember that from years ago. No I didn’t drill any hole this time, should have, I remember doing that when I was still working that I did that more than once with a tiny drill.
Your wife is a master baker, what a beautiful cake 🙏👍

Time to get ready for church, hope all have a blessed day 🙏

I saw some green beans coming in, too small to pick but now I have to "check under their skirts" to find the bush beans
every few days...

Buppies, hope you and Holly go for a nice walk today.

Good Morning
67° and a high of 70 under a hazy sky. Increasing chance of showers throughout the day, they will be likely this evening.

Yesterday was a lazy day, on and off again rain showers and drizzle. About the only outside chore I did was to clean up some “slime mold” or “dog vomit fungus” from the mulched beds.

Zoe led the day by example.

Today is grandson’s birthday party. His actual birthday was in April, but his parents are having a big outside party with all his friends from school, swimming and baseball. Likely a big shindig. I will wander down there around lunchtime.

I still have a little bit of mowing to finish up with the Lazer, just have to wait for the grass to dry up a bit under the hazy sun.

Not much else planned for the day, no RC here until after 6, when the president returns to Washington.

Morning all, 71 going to 74 cloudy, rain later.
Got the lower deck washed, the brush thingy really sped it up.
Used the gas and electric blowers to clean off some areas.
Applied some of the CalMAg from Drew to the tomatoes. I'm sure that'll make em happy.

Today, need to trim the bushes in front as they are way to big, maybe get one of the fields mowed.
Always a big list, and of course more pool maintenance.
Waiting for son to get up and help me move the table back on the deck.

Be well,

The T5 deck cleaner ended up working well, wish I had gotten it sooner, didn't think my little KArcher PW had enough flow for it, as long as I went slow, it cleaned.

62F, grey, and wet with light rain @ 10:00. Calling for a high of only 69F for the day. The Sun may make a brief appearance by 18:00 or so.

More rain on tap for tomorrow, with the possibility of stronger thunderstorms ... :(

Grass out front needed mowed yesterday. No telling how long it will be by the time it dries up enough to mow it.

Spent the entire day yesterday working on coating 4 x 4 posts. 9 of them got a second side coated. The one that didn't have the first side finished got completed. Beyond that I got another 9 posts coated on one side: seven 12' footers, and two 6' footers.

Not sure I would have gone this route if I would have known how long it was going to take. Pretty time consuming.

Woman got some of Her petunias planted, also weeded around the larger peach tree.

Relative stopped by and picked up some cucumber plants.

Not sure what all on agenda for today but it's a safe bet that whatever it ends up being will be indoors.

Hope everyone is having a decent Sunday ... (y)

It's a beautiful and relaxing morning here in Kauai. Enjoying my coffee on the Airbnb porch, listening to the birds and roosters with the sound of the surf in the distance.

Here for a week with the wife, daughter and my extended in-law family. Then we'll spend a few nights on Oahu and visit Pearl Harbor.

I think relaxing on the beach, is the plan for the day.🌴

Scotty, it takes a while to grow a thumbnail back. Did you drill a micro hole to relieve the pressure? Ouch.
That does not always work if your blood clots and fingernails.
When I was about 15 my gloved forefinge got caught in a snowblower spinning blade. Broke the tip bur didn't cut the finger. Xray showed a clean break with a little separation. First doctor we went to drilled a small hole in the nail to relieve blood pressure.
My father and I stayed up all night unblocking the hole. Next day he took me to Doctor Town in Underhill, Vt.
I had been with him for about 10 years. Doc Town said "This is going to hurt". Whereupon he clipped the nail and ripped it off. It did hurt. But it relieved the pressure.

FriendWithTractor, aaahhh the excitement of new land! It looks good. Is it for sure yours yet? Thanks for the pics. Please keep us posted as you re-tame it. Would love to see it, if you give it a haircut.

Happy, did you have Starlink satellite? My friends that have starlink rave about it. Be careful with that big iron.

Zoe has it right! Ne'er seen dog vomit fungus? Weird.

gsganzer, enjoy Hawaii and be safe.

newbury, that sounds painful. Ouch!

Church was great! Celebrated the Pentecost. Son got confirmed.

I ordered and received some aftermarket seals for my Deere 430 FEL. Got them from H&W. Seem to be good. Will let you know how well when I install.

Don's dad's old outboard is still sitting on a sawhorse. Need an ultrasonic cleaner to try and save the carburetor. Don't have one, nor at work.
