Drew, my wife orders her CBD tincture (Derived from hemp) from a place in NC. It is “legal” in all 50 states as long as there is no THC in it (the active hallucinogenic found in pot). She swears it works wonders.

Here’s some Info: Our Process

Good evening all. 47F for the start, partly cloudy, light wind. Wind increased through early afternoon, then backed back off, sky became mostly cloudy, and high temp was 70F. Did start with leaf sucking this morning, got that finished, bike ride, nap and dog walk.
Thomas, my condolences for your friend.
Roy, not surprised you are ready to head home.
Ron, I had to tape the instructions close by in my 30's :(
Kyle busy at work is job security.
RNG, not sure if I would live long enough to get a ticket !
Hawkeye, prayers for your wife
Buckeye, what did dr say? sounds like you continue to improve.
prayers for all.

I really enjoy travelling at over 100 mph, but we really don't have the roads up here in the north to accommodate those higher speeds. One of Hennessys cars would be a total waste of money for me. That is beside the fact that IF I was to get caught speeding, I would lose the car and my license.

This Dr was not GBS related. Will have a minor procedure in March for reoccurring issue.

Was out in the wind this afternoon, now my throat is scratchy and eyes watery.

HOME SWEET HOME!!!

23 right now...high will be just about 30. Looking at snow showers today with up to 3" accumulation.

While I was gone, my neighbor did my drive with his snow blower. I think I wrote this in a previous post, but his blow snagged the extension cord I had plugged into the tractor's block heater. The cord wasn't plugged in to an outlet though. So, guess I'm going to have to buy a replacement extension cord today sometime...

Good morning
the temp is 15 and the high will be 23 °F. Wind WNW 8 mph. 40% chance of flurries and it is snowing now. So far only an inch has stayed.
I don't think I will be doing much of anything today, maybe conserve energy.

Have a safe day all

Good morning. No snow for us, we are back to wet and windy today with a pleasant 11C/52F that will have the grass growing again.

As I expected, I failed my hearing test yesterday, starting off the 1 1/2 hour session by failing to make out 12 of 20 sample words and going mostly downhill from there. My low frequency hearing is not bad, nor is higher frequency response a serious problem, but all the important frequencies in between, where people talk and birds sing, is not so good. I got to try a sample pair of "mid-price" hearing aids for twenty minutes and voices were certainly easier to make out above my background tinnitus when I stepped out into the street with them for a few minutes. People sounded a little strange, the lady said that is normal, it can take several weeks for the brain to adjust to hearing the missing frequencies again and during that time they keep tweaking the frequency response. No point putting this off any longer, so I signed up for a fitting/training session just before Christmas. In the meantime if anyone would care to share their experience of what it's like to wear hearing aids, I would be very grateful to learn more.

I know this is not a joking matter, but; Grandpa got new hearing aids, his Dr. asked him how his family liked his new hearing aids. He told the Dr. "I haven't told them, but I have changed my will 3 times".

I need them too, but I'm stalling.
