I think what double orange is saying is that While our Government seems to have enough money to bail out banks, car dealer ships, insurance companies, and god knows who else is getting unbelievable deals no tractors while we the working man, who are paying for all these bailouts are on tough times, trying to make every dollar count don't get the nice discounts.
