Going to a Rayco C140 demo tomorrow, what do you reccomend I ask or check out?

Sound just like a dozer, which it should because of the steel tracks.

Same old noise? I guess I expected some improvements from the days that I operated the 933 Traxcavator (35 years ago).

As someone already pointed out, it's a winch, the skidder winch version actually.

It looks like you could handle most of ROW stuff with a brush hog.

Guys - the Rayco C130 / C140 is around 36" longer then the C87L . And you can not compare the C130/C140 with the RC100 because it is in a different league.

For a more early friendly track, get the option of bolt on rubber pads onto the track chain. This will provide a less aggressive track, but will tear up less backyard. However, even in a power turn the RC100 rubber track will tear up the turf...

I've seen 12,000lb Warn winches on ASV RC100s with mulchers up here in Wisconsin. The dealer installed them into the standard 2" receiver.
