Folks,
Here is an issue that I deal with every year (see attached pic). My neighbor installs these for the upcoming holiday and tends to leave them in place until the memorial day weekend. I'm wondering what 3ph attachment may work best for removal of these "classic beauties"?

I was considering the use of a sickle bar or flail mower to give them a trim.:D Any suggestions from fellow TBN'rs?

ps. anyone have 20 secluded acres they'd like to sell?

You could plow the snow from the driveway and miss by a foot or so. No snow? Just practice for when there is some! :)

Post a sign at end of drive after Christmas "Free decorations, you pick".

Gosh I think they look pretty nice, think I will send that pic to my neighbors! Maybe a couple of flood lights directed toward your neighbors house might help light things up!

I have run over worse with my rotary cutter.....I think it could handle those beauties quite nicely. (If it survived two coil springs at the same time those wouldn't worry it much.) :)

No special requirements here. Just drop one wheel of the pick-up off the shoulder and head on down the line. You can claim you had too much egg-nog.

But, being the peace and harmony loving fellow that I am, I'd say that BTDT has got it right. Being the enterprising fellow that I am, I might skip the free part and put a donation jar at the end.

Rotary mower. The sound and scattered parts would be priceless

Geez, he must lay 'em out with a tape measure. And surely he (or is it she)knows they are a target - does he ever lose them? No self-respecting late-teenage lad around here would let them stay up over a week.

How about you just go out there after the holidays and gently remove them to a safe and secure spot for him quietly
If you were closer to me ? I could and would make your day :D

FEL is all you need. Step one: dig a hole. Step two: put FEL in on the ground in float position at one end of the line of ornaments and drive through them. You'll have all the evidence in the bucket and you can then take it right to the hole for disposal. No evidence left behind.

One year my wife asked where her plastic Santa was. I told her the tacky police came and took it away.

I say BushHog. That way they can't be used again next year. Very hard to glue back all those pieces. Sickle bar really doesn't destroy them.
