GC2310 Bachoe removal.

For those that have this machine, how easy is removing the backhoe?

Does the 3 point hitch stay on all the time unlike the BX machines that require you to remove the 3 point hitch?

Easy, just use the hydraulics to lift it off ( after you remove the pins ) just be sure to connect the two hydraulic hoses after. I did not do this to start with and I had no 3 point action. After reading the manual and hooking up the hoses all was good. Should have read the manual! I only ran the tractor for a couple of minutes so I don't think any damage was done, as I think the hydraulic system would have a relief valve....

The 3 point hitch stays on the tractor from what I understand. This seems like a better system than the Kubota uses in which you have to remove the 3 point arms when mounting the backhoe.

This is an important feature for me as I will be using a small rotary cutter farly often and will need to pull the hoe off the machine regularly.

About how long does it take to remove the backhoe?

I am using a brush mower as well, actually have not got it yet but it should be in this week, a Massey 1004. Haven't seen to much on it, so i hope it works well.... as far as the time.... around 2-3minutes to take it off, then unfold the 3-pt hitch arms, hook up your implement and give er.....
