John Deere Gator utility Vehicle HPX 4x4 & Trail HS 4x4
I have a HP 4x4 & Trail HPX 4x4. At times it will not free roll down hill in neutral when I first start driving it. It feels like the brake is on or not in neutral. I get the feeling it has to do with the front driver side wheel locking up some how. I used to be able to back it up and free it but the last time it happened, that did not free it. This is after a week of wet weather and the gator is parked under an open shed if that might have some bearing on the problem. Any suggestions as what I need to be looking at that would make the wheel/wheels to seem to lock up a bit.

I would start with the brake caliper - take it apart and grease the sliding pins. Be careful not to get any grease on the pads/rotors
