By addressing heat, this serial inventor just may change the entire solar value chain
Regardless what happens to this company I think this shows the trendline of the advancements within solar technology that we will be seeing in coming years that will make solar 1/10 of the cost it is today.
Energy Dept. seeks to cut cost of energy storage, boost renewables
If just 20% of these objectives are met it will be a game changer in a positive way for the solar industry and lower utility cost or preventing an increase in utility cost.

While this is talking about the benefits of LFP batteries for grid storage it is also thanks to BDY and Tesla becoming popular for powering EVs more and more. At this point in time I prefer the LFP technology in my next EV.
