Last year our local auction house had several brand new fuel transfer tanks for sale. Tanks, pumps, and each one had a secondary containment area around it. They looked pretty sweet.
sounds nice .i would like to have got a 300 gallon skid tank . butt a gould used one cost 2.000

Check with your local fuel delivery service. Mine has a 350 gal minimum so a 350 gallon tank is perfect. Saw one a yr ago on CL but I hesitated, now I wish I had gone for it. It had a stand too but I was worried about rust etc.
I have a 100 gal tank I welded 2 channels to the bottom so I could easily fork it in and out of the pickup.

Hospital had in place contract for generator diesel fuel delivery 24/7 and no problem until there was a problem. Over 20 years no issue.
During power safety shut off I called for delivery and when I got through the answer was no can do as we are taking care of our customers… but I’m a customer with a contract… my once a year delivery didn’t make me a good customer.
I was shuttling eight 5 gallon jugs from a station with power 40 gallons at a time to compensate for fuel consumed.
When push comes to shove a contract may not be worth the paper it’s written on.

Good thing I had my yellow diesel tractor jugs at home to use and the old style at that.

Ugh - I hate hoisting 5 gal fuel jugs.
