Oil & Fuel Fuel system problem..Need help!

I have a FX 18D and I am having a fuel problem of some type. After operating for a little while it dies out. If you let it sit for a bit it will restart but eventually will stop again, it seems to happen faster the second time. I'msure it is a fuel issue of some type but I am not sure where. I have noticed that when this starts to happen the fuel bowl level is down some.
So far I have:
- replaced the fuel filter
- replace the fuel line from the tank to the bowl
- pulled the fuel tank and had it cleaned (there was some dirt in the tank).

Any help anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.

I had a YM1401 that did that. It had the wrong fuel cap. If I opened the cap slightly it would run until I tightened down again.

I would agree if all lines are clear then the tank is not venting and creating a vacum. cap or a vent line from tank is most likely the problem

I had a YM model that would create a vacuum in the tank if the cap was too tight. Sides would suck in. I just snugged it up enough to keep all the fuel in the tank and all was well.
