Fuel shut off doesn't work...

Just a gripe. Changing the fuel filter again and cleaning the float bowl. Even though the valve is turned to OFF it still pisses out diesel continuously. Tried all the valve position settings and it makes no difference. Did that since new.

Anyone else have this issue or did I win the lottery on my fuel shut off valve?

I had issues with the air bleed petcock on my Kioti seeping. Not enough to really say that was the cause was because it never progresses past a oily dust covering over the injection pump. After replacing my cracked fuel tank last year I had to open that valve to bleed the air from the fuel system. That long slow seep turned into a drip and had to replace it.

try it again with fuel level below 1/2 a tank. I think the return line back flows to the filter housing if the tank is too full.

I changed the filter with a full tank once and it made a mess. now I only change the filter when the tank is almost empty
