Fuel issue

Stop arm o ring was leaking at IP. Installed kit. Springs attached on fuel arm. Key on stop arm to the up (outside) position. Bled system. Got fuel to the IP. 1st line completely off, other 2 loose. Turning motor over for 5 or seconds at a time. No fuel to injectors. Running when I parked it! Any help appreciated.

I’m assuming u r working on a CAV DPA TOP COVER.??
If yes, u didn’t engage the shut off bar w the nub on the shaft.

You are correct. And the shut off bar your referring to is the horseshoe shaped slide? I assumed the "nub" on the arm just sets in the slide. Does it actually attach to the slide bar.???
