ANYBODY HEARD OR READ IF THE FUEL CONSUMPTION ON THE TWENTY SERIES TRACTORS IS BETTER OR THE SAME AS THE TEN SERIES? ONE POST COMMENT SAID THE TURBO-CHARGER WOULD CONSERVE FUEL UNTIL NEEDED UNDER LOAD. I'M IN THE DARK ON THE TECHNICAL ASPECTS OF TRACTORS. SURE DO LIKE THE LOOKS AND POWER OF THE JD COMPACT TRACTORS . SURE DO APPRECIATE ALL THE INFORMATION I GET FROM THIS FORUM. THANKS

Despite the malfunctioning fuel gauge, my 4320 has been exceptional through this winter, only having 22 hrs on her now. I thought it was empty after about 9 hours and realized the problem with the sending unit (thank you TBN)upon adding only 4 and a half gallons. I have no idea where its at now, but I haven't added a drop since.
Other than that its a fine machine and has power to spare!

First time I checked my 4320 took 6 gallons for 9 hours. Since then I believe it is better, but probably not quite what Rob is seeing. Nevertheless, for a 48 hp engine, that is remarkable. I use more fuel in my 17 hp JD 260 garden tractor than in the CUT!
