Front Wheel fell Off

Yanmar 2000 2WD

Hub still attached to rim , crown nut and pin still on axle
It appears the bearings broke and hub came off, lost dust cover

do you think I could just replace the bearing and dust cover or would I be better off replacing hub and all. Will post pics tomorrow to dark now. Thanks /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

depends on how bad (if any ) damage you did to the wheel itself. You may get by with just new bearings & races.

no damage to rim just started to creep foward loader caught front end before it hit ground or rim

would the bearing and races be available at auto parts store locally? or do I need order them online /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

I don't know if auto parts stores would have them or not. I order my parts from fredricks & get them in 1 to 2 days.

WE have a place called Motion Industries in Alabama that either has it in stock or will make any bearing for anything. If there is a number on it most likey a phone call will do, otherwise take it to them and they will match it. There should be such a place near you.
