Front bumper for a 5103

Does any one have one? Has any one built one?

Looking for pictures and info. I am wanting to build one for my tractor with a "D-ring" for pulling stuff.

Does anyone know what the threats are on the front (4 holes)

Those holes are probably for a front weight bracket, BTW.

I suggest you'd be better off using the draw bar below the rear PTO. It's there for towing and located at a very strong part of the tractor and you'd get better traction pulling from the draw bar.
If you have ag (R-1's) or industrial (R-4s) tires, the treads would be working against you.
Clevis type "D" rings are pretty easy to obtain (for the draw bar) too.

Any particular reason why you want to pull from the front?

Why stop with only a D-ring/bumper? Build your bumper with a trailer hitch receiver tube. That way you insert/remove any adapter, easily, you care to use. (Ball hitch, d-ring, pintale)

I have needed to pull it out like that when it was stuck, and I cut a lot of saplings/trees so a front bumper would be nice to bend over the brush and help it go under the tractor. The reciver hitch is a good idea
