I also noticed that the drop down menu for "Today's Post" on the home page disappeared. Unfortunately for me that is the way I typically view the new postings on the various forums. I guess I am becoming a Luddite as I really do not like all these changes especially the elimination of stuff the works just fine, in my opinion. I also could do without the constant reminder to become a member every time I return from reading a thread. That is very annoying. I typically view the posts as a guest and only log in if I want to reply, silly me.

John Deere Owning and Operating Forum home page still has overwriting in the header.
Reply to Thread button partly covered. Gray bar covers text.

Reported in posts 471, 520, and 529.
The overwriting doesn't prevent reading or navigating, but I check that forum (almost) daily so it's a nuisance.

none of the grey icons atop the page work---homepage, todays posts, new posts. alerts...etc and yeah I also miss the drop down menu for most recents posts

I noticed that too, I changed my bookmark to compensate for that. I also had 1 log in that had the same issue that the old hosting account did. Only once but it was there. The top menu bar is nice because it tells you what page you are on, the bottom menu bar does not do that but you can navigate from it. After the contrast issues were addressed which made reading difficult I am OK with the changes.

Sorry don't have time to read through all 547 posts.

But everytime I click on the thread that I read before and has new posts, it takes me to the newest post like it used to do but now it overshoots it a little.
I actually have to scroll up a little to see the newest post.

Also, the icon in front of the threads that show if you've posted in that thread don't show up. It's actually blank for the ones I've posted in. Seems fine for all others.

I am still frustrated by the search. In the old version when I searched for my name I got all threads I contributed to sorted from newest to oldest. Threads with new replies were different color than threads I have already read. Now I get all my posts.
When searching in example for global warming I get posts about warming diesel engine.

The Search function is almost incomprehensible but I have figured out how to do what you want to do re "searched for my name".

1. Click the "SEARCH" icon.
2. Click the tab "Search Single Content Type".
3. Type "Redneck in training" into the box called "User Name:".
4. Click the "Search Now" button.

You should get a list of all threads you contributed to sorted by newest first.
