Everything was great using Iceweasel, but now all seems broken. I was on at the time, and it happened all at once.

I thought Muhammad said that there would be less whitespace, not more whitespace :D

I have been working in software most of my life. Seems like you guys would maybe benefit from having a staging server to try new things out on, rather than trying to do it on your production server?
Over the years trying to make changes to production environments without trying the changes somewhere else always seems to result in disaster.
:)
I agree. Having a test server running all the same versions of the same software with the same data (even if on much slower hardware) is very useful.

Hi Everybody,

As you can see we have upgraded the forums with a new software version and new design (which will soon be carried out to all pages of the site). We still have a bunch of stuff on our to-do list but would like to use this thread for bug reports or any questions you may have.

We will address issues as quickly as possible and reply when we can. We will be tweaking the forum for days, if not weeks. The old version of the forum was four years old and had been optimized over that period of time.

Thank you!

All formatting is lost when I view the site using Firefox- or actually, once I go to a forum or message.

The main page was normal, but after that, even the sign in page for forums was unformatted.

FWIW,
Thomas

I'm fixed.

Everyting works properly except Artisan's purposefully broken tractor list to confuse the forum that is...

Uh oh! :confused2:

If it's messed up for you, hold down shift while refreshing the page to do a hard refresh.

I thought of that just after I posted. It looks ok now. BTW: The login takes me to an invalid redirect error, and I have to click on something before it shows me as being logged in.

How about now on the redirect error?

How about now on the redirect error?

I tried logging out then back in again and the redirect error is gone. Thanks

There is also one small login issue that I forgot to mention. When clicking on the "User Name" or "Password" boxes, the descriptive text does not disappear as expected, I have to highlight it, then type my username to login.

Do you have javascript disabled?

I tried it again and it seems to be working fine now. I hadn't noticed it before so maybe it was just a glitch?
