Ford 8n starting issues

Hi all, I currently own a 1952 ford 8n. I went on vacation for a week and came back and it would not start at all. It ran well prior to my week of freedom. Pulled the hood, found a crap radiator, replaced it, the hoses, water pump, converted to 12v, replaced the points, and plugs. Everything is holding (no leaks) but still won't start. I have good spark and fuel. I don't get it. Any help is appreciated.Thanks, James

I havent replaced it as all the replacements I have gotten don't fit the hardware, so I have been using the same dusty old one.

I pulled the plugs and gapped them and got a couple coughs and a little white smoke. Im going to let it sit. I think it floods easier than I thought in the summer.

Clean plugs with carb cleaner, then try to start with starter fluid.

If you have spark, condensir is not shorted, if the points are not burned, condensor is not open

Points aren't burned. Will try what you suggested with the plugs. What does it mean if I open the choke and fuel comes out the carb? Flooded? Sunk flood? Thanks, James

setting there static with no start attempt, fuel should not leak out of the carb. if so, the float valve or float level is bad / mis-set.

if after starting attempt.. may be too much choke..
