I have a diesel Ford 3630 that will not start. I checked the fuel at the fuel pump (bleeding) and checked the air cleaner for pluggage. Both seem OK.
Any suggestions??

Loosen the fuel lines at the injectors and crank the engine. See if you have a good flow of fuel on all lines. If not, there is air in the line. Continue cranking until you get a flow, tighten the lines and the engine should start (if air was the issue).
I put on a new fuel filter. I disconnected the fuel line between the tank and filter. No flow. I pulled the line apart and found the line plugged. I cleaned out the line but noticed low flow from the tank. Is there something I can add to the tank to clean it out?I sprayed Ether in to the air intake and got an attempt to fire. I tried to get to the injectors but the battery tray will not swing out of the way ( hits front dumper brace). I tried to remove the tray but the hing pin will not drop out of the bracket. Any suggestions before I start cutting the tray out?
