Ford 3000 power steering repair

Hello and thank you in advance for any help you can give.
I am working on repairing my power steering on my 1971 Ford 3000 as it was locking up while turning to the right along with leaking.
When I was removing the control valve some metal pieces started to fall out of the bottom, after removal of the control valve and collecting the pieces, it looks to be some kind of washer or spacer. I have looked at many diagrams and cannot identify this part.
I also found a broken spring which I know where it goes but not that washer looking part?
does anyone know of this part and where to get it?

Update: after looking at all the parts on the work bench and assembling them I believe whoever repaired it last time used some parts from another tractor as it appears to be a shim. I found one the same size at the hardware store so when the other parts arrive, I will put everything back together.
It worked fine like that for the 10 years I owned it so fingers crossed.

I couldn't help you, my 3000 doesn't have power steering so I have no experience with that.

Don't know how I missed it but the broken part I was having trouble identifying was a spring washer, should be good to go now.

Parts came in yesterday, put everything back together and installed.
I now have power steering again, time to mow.
