Price Check Ford 1920 purchase

going to buy a 1920 with only 344 hours 7108 loader, 6 foot gill scrape and a 16 foot tandem axle trailer for $11,000. Taken to dealer for clutch repair, clean, no leeks, looks like a steal do any of you agree?
